ignore them. spend enough time in here and you figure out who is a shill, who wants to rattle you or is just plain trying to divide. Stay focused on job at hand and don't let anyone move you off your target-getting the job done.

that is the hardest part. It comes with experience and spending time cruising the bred. Checking past notables buns before you bake helps you discern what is notable (or could be). You should open the link of the article in question and see how old it is, check the date issued and see how many comments have been posted to it. Also checking in the archive to see if it has already been placed in. Anons will tell you if they want it notable. If you note something that shouldn't be in they will also tell you. Do not be afraid to ask for input .

the proofs are the ones that seem to generate the most negative feedback- I will ask everyone for some feedback on those as I've seen some pretty sketchy ones in the past 6 months (excepting the 3 months of downtime we had).

Those are not my strong suit and I am honest about it.. so asking for feedback is always going to help baker and anons. Have put some in on the bottom under a "mention" line for others to evaluate. This morning I glossed over an anons submission that had a source article that was already posted. He politely asked for it to be considered and upon re-examining it it was placed in the bun. Anons can be dicks sometimes but this one was not. A little courtesy goes a long way-not saying kiss ass 'cause that's bs as well. The moar timea baker has to make on one crumb takes away time for examining the rest of the bred crumbs. Always provide a title for your submission if not a straight up article.

When making a notable post it is VERY helpful to copy the title on to the crumb and then mark it notable. Saves some time, and hands.

morning B..gave you the cat when it habbened and said go with it.

>everyone IRL thinks me a bit odd

think that could be applied to most anons. Spent majority of lives being "odd" and not taken seriously. That's ok as eventually those people, who chose to do that, will go "wait..WUT!"-this will be especially gratifying but in a stand-back sort of way as you know they will eat shit. I may make a few calls-but most likely not-after but comfy knowing this is wut awaits them
