From the perspective of everyone else, I will drop off the face of the earth, but my accounts will be anomalously active.
My realm will basically be a rock floating through a star-filled void, filled with holes and tunnels studded with glowing flora and crystals that keep it lit enough to see, if a little dim. In the center of the rock will be a chamber that houses a bulk of the town, as well as my abode, which will be on a side street at the outskirts of town.
The town will seem to be carved out of the rock, with a somewhat alien architectural style, and it will be inhabited by AI villagers who will resemble draenei. The villagers will go about their own lives in their self-sufficient town. The tech-level will be fairly modern, if a little crystal-magictechy, allowing for modern comforts. The society will be stable, both in population and as far as how ordered it is. As far as the villagers will be concerned, I will simply be a fixture of the town, not some great leader or wise sage.
The rock will be balanced between settlement and abundant wilds of regenerating resources that the villagers will harvest from.
As for what I will do…To start, when I am not drowning myself is excellent media and food, I will release media generated from my abode to the internet for free for anyone to enjoy, and I will make sure to mark it all as Public Domain where possible. Suddenly folks will find unfamiliar books, movies, and games on the internet, sometimes completely unannounced fan films of great books, sometimes freeware games that are ridiculously well optimized, well designed, and incredibly moddable with equally as great mod tools, sometimes novels and biographies written by some anonymous person. All of it free, and I would never take credit for any of it.
As for something that I would take credit for, I would use the study and hobby room to try and create anything that I would hope to create, mostly being new /tg/ systems to scratch any itch and supplements for existing systems, including improvements of certain existing systems, animated shorts and movies, and well as great 2D porn, both still images and animated.
Beyond that is two other things: Romancing a milf from the town, and creating an Freeware MMO to replace City of Heroes.
I'd probably never return to earth, and I might even abandon any and all accounts and start over online as well.
Comfy. I like it.

>Rooms
Bedroom (1, 2, 4) Size doesn't matter, but I want the comfiest bed and some guest rooms for friends. Really, a bedroom is a must if I'm going to spend much time here.
Bathroom (1, 3, 5) I'm not too good at cutting my hair, so having the stylist would be nice. The bathroom is probably even more important than the bedroom honestly.
Living Room (1, 2, 4) There are a lot of movies and anime I still need to watch. The Ad-block option seems a tad redundant as there is a streaming option which seems objectively superior in every way.
Kitchen (2, 3, 4) A chef who can cook anything I want for me and my friends sounds nice. It all being nutritious is just icing on the cake.
Spa (1, 2, 3) This is a comfy place. I doubt I'll be needing option 2, but maybe I'll meet someone who could.
Study (1, 3, 5) The ability to stop procrastinating would probably be the best part of this room.
Library (1, 4, 5) Pretty sweet place. Would serve to augment the study and the living room, I think. If I can instantly make these movies, I should be able to come up with some interesting stuff and some absolutely awful stuff like Pride and Prejudice as directed by Michael Bay and starring Megan Fox in every role.
Game Room (1, 4, 5) Probably the hardest one to decide on which options I wanted. I will forego the infinite library and just buy any games I think I'd like that aren't included in this. The combination of VR and imagination games should make for some amazing MMOs which, like >>5014 wants to do, I could freely distribute though I'd prefer to create a replacement for Star Wars Galaxies.
I'd like to have my house look like a small castle to go with the medieval village aesthetic. I'd like them to see me as their friendly, Laissez-faire noble.

I got upset at this CYOA because so many of the outdoor options are just painfully boring.
The indoor options are close to godlike. Being able to create games using your imagination and live them out in sensate virtual reality? Being able to stock a pantry full of infinite amounts of ingredients and have a chef prepare them for you with expert precision? Being able to ride a fucking dragon around? That's fucking baller.
Then you have the outdoor options. You can, uhh, add some deer I guess. And some water. Add a few villagers but they seem like they'd make for better servants within the house so it's barely even an outdoor option.
I'm replaying this because the stinginess of the points in the awesome indoor section combined with the fucking overload of points in the shitty outdoor section has me feeling maximum uncomfy.

I'm never leaving my house so only the extras matter. Set Time is the most important one but the others can make shit comfier.
>Rooms: Bedroom 1+2+5, Dressing Room 2+3+4, Kitchen 1+2+3, Spa 2+3+4, Gym 5+1+2, Game Room 1+2+3+4+5, Study 1+3+4
I was going to skip gym completely due to dressing room 3 but lifting can be fun so whatever. Spent 2 rooms to get all Game Room upgrades. I basically have eternal youth, eternal leisure, eternal life, etc, all while time doesn't even pass. Study is just here because I might need to get shit done someday(probably not) and it'll make me get it done really fast so that I can go back to having fun.
This cyoa would be much, much more interesting if you just properly balanced the rooms and made the entire cyoa revolve around them and them only.

Summary
It would be great to get to live out all of my selfish fantasies with NPCs, but it is also in my nature to want to interact with people and help them. I could experience helping others in virtual reality, but I would understand that the NPCs in my virtual reality do not really have conscious experience, so they would not fulfill my need to connect with others. That is not to say that AI are useless to me. I do love playing video games after all, and I often get emotionally invested in some of the NPCs I play with. It just means that I can't be completely fulfilled with AI alone.
I need a balance of experiences. That's why I made this build. This build lets me maintain my ideal body and healthy appearance in the real world. It lets me safely interact with the outside world with minimal risk to myself. It also lets me enjoy myself with AI. I'll enjoy a wide variety of experiences.
I'll start with my ability to interact with the outside world. My bedroom options allow me to view any location that I wish. If I want to I can interact with people with almost no risk to myself by looking around until I find a location that is currently empty. I could use my portal ability to teleport to that location. When I am at that location I could open a portal to my realm and step inside. I can leave the portal open at that location to "invite" people who are brave enough to wander in. No harm can come to the people in my realm, so there is no danger in interacting with random people in this way. If my guest turns hostile they will not be able to harm me. The villagers in my village act as general servants, so they could swarm and overpower the unruly guest. My villagers would throw the guest back through the portal and close the door behind them.
I could do things like interact with the staff of a hospital, to bring critically injured people into my realm to save them. With one thousand acres of super-farmland, respawning livestock, and a village full of manpower I could export huge amounts of food to hungry populations, though I would need to consider that carefully. I would not want to create a population explosion. For the most part I would focus on donating food to victims of disaster and to offset sudden economic collapse.
With my spa I could revert back to my teenaged years. The bathroom would keep me looking and smelling fresh. The dressing room's ability to alter my appearance, the kitchen's perfectly balanced diet, and a daily jogging routine should be enough to keep me slim and fit.
Now it's onto the selfish indulgence. My library grants me access to all literature and its sorting function ensures that whatever I desire the most is at the top of the list. After I read what I want to experience the most, I'll use the bedroom to have a lucid dream about what I want to experience to further enrich my imagination. Afterwards, I'll go to the game room and create my imagined game. Then I'll experience it in virtual reality.
There is nothing but farmland outside of my house, but that really doesn't matter. If I want to experience other terrain I'll just experience it in virtual reality.

Just let them leave when ever they want too.
Pic related is the outside of the house.

This is a place for me and the people that I like to live together forever in paradise. The kitchen lets us eat whatever we want without nutritional imbalance. The gym keeps us fit. The bathroom keeps us looking and smelling fresh. The spa keeps us healthy. The village provides us with AI servants that will work as maids and tend to the livestock. I'll have an inn at the village as well. We'll have horses to ride around through our 100 acres of beautiful forested mountain lake. The library will provide us with novelty, movies that we can watch together, and creative ideas. I can put those creative ideas to use in the game room when I'm creating games from my imagination.
I'll frequently use the portal ability to invite sick people in so that they can get healthy and enjoy a vacation from the stresses of their lives.

wow that was one of the comfiest cyoa ever. I didn't follow the rules lol. Just picked pretty much everything and I can shapeshift it however needed or toggle any choices and options like magic, and no limitations so I can just automatically have all the bonuses and benefits anywhere even if I'm not in the designated areas, and everyone is just nice, and no bad people are allowed. Maybe even eventually migrate over only the special good people from earth and use the place as an ark of good souls and the place basically becomes heaven, but of course this can't really be heaven because it would be a false image of heaven and a false idol, and anyways Actual Real Heaven is even better than any of this in ways that are unimaginable, so remember that. This would just be like training wheels heaven or something, but not even close. Also everyone that enters has to say "I know this isn't actually heaven"
also no temples or churches. Everyone just loves God and doesn't trust any shitty religions.
wow thanks op for this comfy cyoa, so so happy I read this.

Extra Environmental Extras
Village
Inhabitants: Mythical Races (Elves and mermaids, mostly young women.)
Technology: Futuristic
Magic: High Magic
Specialties: Education, Nature, Temples, Military, Machinery, History
There is one large, futuristic city. Outside of that technology is less pervasive and magic is usually more relied upon. The city is seen more as the center of technology than the center of the world. The seat of elven government is by tradition in an ancient forest temple, and its influence is more religious than meddling. Mermaids are usually near the water, but sometimes can be found elsewhere with anti-gravity technology or magic.
I might never leave so I made it very big for varied environments, villages/products, and exploration. Also because room is needed for high-tech flying craft, scattered rural villages, and big environments like sea and mountains. Wish I could have traded another room for the rest of the environments.
