This may have been what woke me up so early this morning. This one is an M.2 flare, nearly an X class. There is also elevated proton flux along with this flare which I have only seen happen one other time. This effects the polar regions.

That's the only unfortunate part about all this, IMO, is that no real manual was provided. Maybe even a blog would have helped to let you know what was what. Alas, every individual's experience is unique, so that's probably not even a relevant thing to do. I can't be influenced by fear anymore so they seem to hit me on the physical front. I felt like I weighed 9000 pounds for all of last week and the beginning of this one. Exhausted all the time but can't sleep. Only subsided like 2 days ago, felt like something shifted last night around 18 or 19:00 eastern.
