This is the part that so many are having a really hard time with.
They'll be forced to compete to stay relevant, but the people will naturally choose vendors they put more faith in. It takes an already "functional" business model, and cuts them down to size. I could even see companies like J&J, Pfizer, Moderna and others to start up new businesses with different names to begin competing with the likes of vendors in, say, India or Japan.
