Well I'm not sure about that. I think Fauci alone has been working on this stuff for a few decades now. I can't remember the guys name, but there was some speech or diary written over a hundred years ago about how they want to use medicine to rid people of their spirits and make them easier to control. This "experiment" may have been going on for quite a long time.
