Went through this process about 3 years ago, solo. No idea what the hell was happening to me. The one "fren" I had that can "see" ended up leaning towards the dark side, so I had to go it alone.
The betrayals were devastating.
Control that fear response when they attack. It sucks when it happens, and it may occur again.
It gets easier after every battle won, but the battles may intensify.
