Bake #13981 was done due to a handoff request by the outgoing baker of #13980, which I took. I hadn't baked in a few weeks and had time. Followed the normally accepted handoff protocol and baked.

Bake #13982 was excluded from previous notes due to the "OSS" persona's instigation of a bake hi-jack. Since the bread hit 751 and was completed, it went on to hit the aggregators despite being excluded from the notes history of QR General as posted by the "noname baker" crew.

I baked one more bread (#13983) after this, and handed off to the first baker that offered relief at the dough post.

The note list for Bread #13983 was censored completely from /qr/ and the aggregators due to being locked as a result of the "OSS" persona instigation of the ongoing bake hijack, which was successful against the incoming baker.

The act of locking an incomplete thread prevents it from reaching the aggregators.
