Bake #16682 took some heavy damage at the hands of catalog spammers. This bread was greentext inside of 24 hours. The final bun from #16681 was also one of the casualties.

This was a cleanup bake.. Globals, International threads, and baking tools were updated due to stuff falling out of the catalog. Updated the dough and ghosted it.

I was questioned a couple of times about the state of global notables. For the record, I think globals should contain ONLY board/site announcements as originally intended when /qr/ first spun up in 2018; Since other bakers no longer honor this, it is only updated by me on an ad-hoc basis per anon request when I'm baking.

Trying out a new format. The notable buns are pretty clogged with news reports these days, so the anon work can be at the top of the crop. The crop gets paid millions. Anons do it for free.
