McMinnville, Oregon is home to the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum. Digs were previously done on this place and it's history. I also remember something about a tv series that filmed an episode there that was discussed a lot.
Every year the McMinnville Wine & Food Classic (SIP) is held in that Museum. The profits help fund the McMinnville St James Catholic Schools.
During the 3 day festival, kids from the schools volunteer. There are kids everywhere dressed in matching shirts. Along with lots of flowing wine and spirits. Plus really loud live music that would cover other unwanted noise in the many little administration rooms around the upper perimeter.
Always disturbed me to be at that show. I sold my art there for over ten years. Not anymore.
