Gerbil is the last of the daily old style (oh boy when Gerbil is the new standard) Bakers left.

The rest are EBakes / Delayed Note Collectors, and Gerbil is even coming back and baking evenings now to limit those I guess.

Evening Shift is the only one left that runs at the FJ/OSS era 2 hour bread rate - the old new normal after the first exodus started in 02/21.

And even that is now shrinking - was only fast for about 1 hour last evening.

Let's see what today brings.
