In the same way neighbor watches used to work, parents should come together and start "School Watches." Get trained, get licensed, and protect your kids. The government/police are not going to do it. How many kids perished while the police waited outside for 40 minutes threatening to arrest the parents begging the police to go in, or let them go in themselves?
