when I saw that post on /qr/ meta I was going to ask her what she thought had happened to make her feel unwelcome but then I thought contact might light the fuse so decided not to. Still, it didn't take long. The things she cited as 'attacks' on her personally are mind boggling to me. The true part about what she said was that those of us who met her that day in vc couldn't stand her and had serious questions about her which we briefly discussed amongst ourselves, but we were civil to her when she was present. I really don't get all the drama about it. We called literally every new person in vc a fed and even made them sing throw the jew down the well sometimes. It was a harsh hazing environment and imo she was handled with kid gloves in comparison to most.
