TS ain't global yet. I know, VPNs are a thing, but barrier to entry becomes high. I assume this meant a different board/chan altogether. While setting one up is easy as fuck, keeping it secure and clean of cp/filth 24/7 is the real challenge. Also need a secure, probably personal host since common hosters will throw that shit out the first sign of trouble.
