I just posted it again with the screenshot showing the document properties so you can verify the date of creation, and hence, the date of the tracert
the second tracert, from today, STILL shows the .ru provider though
so either they switched to psych networks for some period of time, and switched back from .ru
and none of us caught it with a tracert....
or it was never pointed to psych networks, kek

sits between Stockholm 'Level3.net'
and the last hop at vdsina.ru
here is the lookup for that IP
doesnt look readily identifiable as a vanwatech IP address to me
