It looks like they need to be filed under the "Ineligible" category due to lock downerism.

Back when Real Q was active I always thought the board would be hit by Spammer types non-stop in order to shut them down.
When it never really happened (at this hardcore level anyway) I assumed it was because Q Team was protecting things all 'black eye' style like they do the electric grid.
Perhaps Q Team has decided to say sorry Crooked Jim, but those protections are gone now.
