Federal Judge Restructures Timeline For FDA To Release FOIA Pfizer Vaccine Documents, Issues No Ruling on if Pfizer Can Interfere; First Batch Was Set For Jan 31st, Now FDA Has Another Month-Plus – What Are They Hiding?

In yet another delay, a Federal Judge issued an order that grants the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) another month to comply with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that requires the agency to begin turning over all of the 450,000-plus documents that were analyzed in its decision to approve Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine.

On Wednesday, Texas Northern District Judge Mark Pittman made the decision after the group behind the FOIA request, Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, filed a joint status report that reached an agreement with the government on how fast the documents will be produced.

The FDA had originally asked for 75 years, but Judge Pittman shot down the ridiculous request in January, setting a schedule that would see the documents turned over in a matter of months.

The original timeline for the documents to come out required the FDA to release over 12,000 documents on January 31st and 55,000 every 30 days after that, which would have taken a total of about 8 months. Thankfully, the new schedule does not prolong the overall timeline by too much, but it does backload it significantly, leaving the information in the hands of an agency that has been deceptively hiding information for months and actively attempting to cover its own ass.

It’s also worth pointing out that the FDA was allowed to squeak past the original deadline by a couple of days without producing anything, even before this new ruling went into effect on February 2nd.

Instead of being required to release the first batch of documents as originally planned, the FDA now has until March 1st, and it will only be required to release 10,000 pages, with another 10,000 following on April 1st.

Keep in mind that on the original timeline, the FDA would have produced over 122,000 documents by that time – with this, the number is only 20,000.

Beginning in May, the FDA is required to produce 80,000 additional pages for the next three months, one due May 2, one due June 1, and one due July 1, before ramping back down. On August 1st, another 70,000 pages will be required, with 55,000 coming on the first of each month after that, until all documents are released.

By November, all of the information should be public, which is about 30 days behind the original timeline.

The schedule change comes just days after Pfizer filed a motion that asked the judge to allow the vaccine manufacturer to interfere in the release of the data by making its own redactions to the documents to go alongside the FDA’s redactions, but no decision has been reached by Judge Pittman on that matter as of yet.

IRS Abandons Plans To Require Third-Party Facial Recognition

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will not use a third-party company to verify new accounts with facial recognition, the agency announced on Monday in a news release.

The proposed move, which would have used the company ID.me, was criticized resoundingly by privacy advocates and some members of Congress, who say the technology is flawed and would not recognize users if they experienced significant physical changes. Previously, the IRS said it would use the software to cut down on fraudulent accounts.

The IRS “will transition away from using a third-party service for facial recognition to help authenticate people creating new online accounts,” according to its news release. “The transition will occur over the coming weeks in order to prevent larger disruptions to taxpayers during filing season.”

At the same time, the agency continued, it will “bring online an additional authentication process that does not involve facial recognition.” It’s not exactly clear how that will be accomplished ahead of the tax-filing deadline in mid-April.

“The IRS takes taxpayer privacy and security seriously, and we understand the concerns that have been raised,” said IRS Commissioner Chuck Rettig in a statement.

“Everyone should feel comfortable with how their personal information is secured, and we are quickly pursuing short-term options that do not involve facial recognition.”

The IRS’s change will “not interfere” with taxpayers’ capability to file their tax returns or pay the taxes owed, the agency confirmed.

“During this period, the IRS will continue to accept tax filings, and it has no other impact on the current tax season. People should continue to file their taxes as they normally would,” said the IRS.

Some members of Congress hailed the move on Monday.

“This is big,” Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) wrote on Twitter in response to the IRS’s policy change.

“While this transition may take time, the administration recognizes that privacy and security are not mutually exclusive.”

Supernova will appear in the sky in 2022, predict astronomers

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-4091604/Mark-calendars-dazzling-supernova-appear-sky-2022-predict-astronomers.html

Our night sky could be set to include a new star in 2022, if the predictions of a group of astronomers turn out to be correct.

A professor who has been studying a binary star system, two stars orbiting each other, claims they will soon start to merge together to create what he has dubbed 'Boom star'.

The stars will end their lives in an explosion, known as a supernova, he says.

This will be will make them ten thousand times brighter than they already are - producing one of the brightest stars visible in our sky.

Our night sky could be set to include a new star in 2022, if the predictions of a group of astronomers turn out to be correct, because of a supernova explosion. Supernovas are intense explosions caused when two stars merge together. Pictured is an artist's impression

WHAT IS A SUPERNOVA?

A supernova happens where there is a change in the core of a star.

The first type of supernova is in binary star systems when one of the two stars, a carbon-oxygen white dwarf, steals matter from its companion star.

Eventually, the white dwarf accumulates too much matter, causing the star to explode, resulting in a supernova.

The second type of supernova occurs at the end of a single star’s lifetime.

As the star runs out of nuclear fuel, some of its mass flows into its core.

Eventually, the core is so heavy it can't stand its own gravitational force and the core collapses, resulting in another giant explosion.

Supernovas are intense explosions caused at the end of the lifetime of huge stars, or when two stars merge together.

They can be seen from Earth from millions of light years away, but they are unpredictable.

Historically they have can only been studied if telescopes happened to be pointing in their direction, and by astronomers looking back at archives of the stars' observations, after the event.

Professor Larry Molnar from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, claims to have predicted one in advance, for the first time.

He says the event will take place around 2022, give or take a year.

The star will be visible as part of the constellation Cygnus, and will add a star to the recognisable Northern Cross star pattern.

'It's a one-in-a-million chance that you can predict an explosion,' said Professor Molnar, about his bold prediction. 'It's never been done before.'

When the supernova happens, the star will be visible as part of the constellation Cygnus, and will add a star to the recognisable Northern Cross star pattern (pictured)

Professor Molnar's exploration into the star known as KIC 9832227 began back in 2013.

He was attending an astronomy conference when fellow astronomer Karen Kinemuchi presented her study of the brightness changes of the star, which asked whether the star was one star pulsing, or flashing, or whether it was two stars orbiting each other.

WHEN WILL IT EXPLODE?

The event is expected to take place around 2022, give or take a year.

The star will be visible as part of the constellation Cygnus, and will add a star to the recognisable Northern Cross star pattern.

'It's a one-in-a-million chance that you can predict an explosion,' said Professor Molnar, about his bold prediction. 'It's never been done before.'

A student Daniel Van Noord, Professor Molnar's research assistant, was also at the conference.

He decided to make some observations of the star with the Calvin observatory in order to answer the question.

'He looked at how the colour of the star correlated with brightness and determined it was definitely a binary,' said Professor Molnar.

'In fact, he discovered it was actually a contact binary, in which the two stars share a common atmosphere, like two peanuts sharing a single shell.

'From there Dan determined a precise orbital period from Kinemuchi's Kepler satellite data (just under 11 hours) and was surprised to discover that the period was slightly less than that shown by earlier data' Professor Molnar continued.

After studying the star, the astronomers noticed similarities between its behaviour and that of another star, V1309 Scorpii, that unexpectedly exploded in 2008.

Looking back at the record of the star before its explosion showed a contact binary with an orbital period decreasing at an accelerating rate, which has also been happening to the new star.

For Professor Molnar, this pattern of orbital change was a 'Rosetta stone' for interpreting the new data.

He first proposed KIC 9832227 may be following in the footsteps of V1309 Scorpii in January 2015.

Since then, he has ruled out other explanations for the change in orbital period.

Trucker protest: Ottawa police call for more personnel to ‘regain control’ of the city

Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly says he needs 1,800 more personnel from provincial and federal sources to sustain a push started over the weekend to rout the so-called “freedom convoy” from the city as the demonstration stretches into its 11th day.

He said Monday that, thanks to an influx of OPP and RCMP resources received over the weekend, officers can now go “on the offensive” to put an end to the trucker protest.

“We needed more resources to deal with an occupation than with a demonstration. I have worked continuously, 18-hour days, to get those resources. Our partners have started to bring those resources to bear,” Sloly said.

“Now we can go on the offensive. That’s what we’ve been doing, to great effect.”

Kim Ayotte, the head of Ottawa’s emergency services department, said Monday that bylaw officers in the city have issued more than 1,000 tickets to protesters since the demonstration began, with 780 of those handed out this past weekend.

Some 29 vehicles have been towed to date, he said.

There were also a handful of arrests made, charges laid, and more than 60 criminal investigations underway in connection with the protest, according to police.

Ottawa police announced over the weekend that they would begin cracking down on numerous offences, including threatening to arrest anyone bringing “material supports” — including gasoline refills — to the trucker convoy.

Police said “multiple vehicles and fuel have been seized” on Sunday.

Sloly said a convoy encampment set up in a parking lot on Coventry Road was “dismantled” and “thousands of litres of propane and gasoline” were seized in the past 24 hours.

But demonstrators have since made attempts to “reclaim” the site, and police are still attempting to fence it off and any prevent further use by the convoy.

Some protesters have also pushed back by filling canisters with water and walking them into the “red zone” alongside cans filled with diesel.

OPS Deputy Chief Steve Bell told Ottawa city council Monday that the strategy is an attempt to “frustrate” police containment measures.

Bell said part of the reason the city needs more resources is to more effectively “stem the flow of gasoline supplies.”

Sloly said Monday the biggest development has been the GoFundMe’s shutdown — which he, alongside the city, took credit for bringing offline.

“We went after the funding. Our efforts, combined with the city’s efforts, eliminated the GoFundMe. $10 million (is) no longer accessible to the demonstrators,” he said.

The police will “aggressively” pursue any “other funding avenues” for the demonstration he said.

“We will be relentless in pursuing the funding that has enabled this demonstration to continue to this point,” he said.

What began as a protest against Ottawa’s vaccine mandate for truckers at the Canada-U.S. border has morphed into opposition to all public health measures including mask-wearing and vaccination, and now calls for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to resign.

Trending Stories

There have since been numerous reports shared online by residents since the protest started detailing instances where they say people associated with the convoy tried to break into their homes, attacked them on the streets, and threatened them with rape or death for wearing masks.

Ottawa Police Services declined to provide any information when asked how many alleged death threats, rape threats or assaults by convoy members they have received.

How does this protest end?

Meanwhile, the city declared a state of emergency on Sunday — which Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson said “reflects the serious danger and threat to the safety and security of residents posed by the ongoing demonstrations.”

Story continues below advertisement

Sloly also called for increased support from other levels of government in order to put an end to the demonstration.

“We are making significant progress,” Sloly said, but “we need more resources to drive those successes even further.”

“We need more resources, more help. With what we’ve got, we’ve made significant impact, but we’re going to need a lot more to really get on top of this situation.”

Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson sent letters to Trudeau and Ontario Premier Doug Ford Monday on Sloly’s behalf requesting 1,800 more police and civilian personnel from other jurisdictions in order to put an end to the protest.

“We must do everything in our power to take back the streets of Ottawa, and our parliamentary precinct, from the criminal activity and hooliganism that has occurred over the past nine days,” Watson wrote.

We need your help to end this siege in the heart of our nation’s capital and in our residential neighbourhoods, and to regain control of our city.”

Sloly acknowledged Monday that the 1,800 extra staff was a “significant ask,” but said his officers are strained after more than a week of long shifts managing the protest.

Story continues below advertisement

For context, the OPS usually has roughly 2,100 staff, 1,200 of whom are sworn officers.

The staff request breaks down to 1,000 regular officers, 600 public order officers, 100 investigative officers and 100 civilian staff.

The Ontario Provincial Police have already loaned the OPS 100 officers per day, while 257 RCMP officers were sworn in under the OPS banner over the weekend.

Blair Dunker, the OPS chief administrative officer, said Monday that if the police’s request fo extra staff is granted, the daily policing cost for the protest would rise to roughly $2.5 million from the original $800,000 estimates.

The city itself expects its bill for the ongoing protest is around $1 million a day, according to Ottawa’s chief financial officer Wendy Stephanson.

Bill Blair, the federal government’s minister of emergency preparedness, said in a press conference Monday that there are “well established” procedures for Ottawa police to seek additional resources.

The Truckers, GoFundMe, and the CIA; connecting dots

As of this writing, GoFundMe has cut off (stolen) $9 million from the Canadian Trucker Convoy.

The money was donated by thousands of individuals to support the truckers, who are demanding the Canadian government cancel vaccine mandates, vaccine passports, and brutal COVID restrictions.

After a major backlash from the enraged public, GoFundMe has stated it will automatically refund all $9 million to the individual donors.

Regardless, GoFundMe will not forward the money to the group it was intended for: the truckers.

All right: here come the dots—

A venture capital firm, Accel, and Technology Crossover Ventures, own the majority stake in GoFundMe.

The big infusion of cash that sent Mark Zuckerberg and his fledgling college enterprise on their way came from Accel, in 2004.

Jim Breyer, head of Accel, attached a $13 million rocket to Facebook, and nothing has ever been the same. (Breyer—billionaire, CFR, World Economic Forum, major fund investor in China.)

Earlier in 2004, a man named Gilman Louie joined the board of the National Venture Capital Association of America (NVCA). The chairman of NVCA? Jim Breyer. Gilman Louie happened to be the first CEO of the important CIA start-up, In-Q-Tel.

In-Q-Tel was founded in 1999, with the express purpose of funding companies that could develop technology the CIA would use to “gather data.”

That’s not the only connection between Facebook funder and Accel’s Jim Breyer and the CIA’s man, Gilman Louie. In 2004, Louie went to work for BBN Technologies, headed up by Breyer. Dr. Anita Jones also joined BBN at that time. Jones had worked for the CIA’s In-Q-Tel and was an adviser to DARPA, the Pentagon’s technology department that helped develop the Internet.

With these CIA/DARPA connections, it’s no surprise that Jim Breyer’s jackpot investment in Facebook is not part of the popular mythology of Mark Zuckerberg. Better to omit it. Who can fail to realize that Facebook, with its endless stream of personal data, and its tracking capability, is an ideal CIA asset?

Accel co-owns the majority stake in GoFundMe. Accel has a history of rubbing shoulders with the CIA. Accel helped launch Facebook, the largest profiling and data-mining company in the world.

Given all this, it might be more surprising if GoFundMe DIDN’T cut off the Canadian truckers’ $9 million.

It’s also worth mentioning that Accel has invested in Spotify, the platform whose number-one star is Joe Rogan. Spotify is now under pressure to cancel Rogan, because his views and guests don’t align 100% with the official COVID narrative. In step one of a new censorship program, Spotify has stated it will post warning messages on all content that veers from official COVID positions and offer links to approved government and public health sources (for outrageous lies).

GoFundMe, Accel, Facebook, CIA, In-Q-Tel, Jim Breyer, CFR, World Economic Forum, major investments in China.

Basically, The Club.

The member’s statement of belief: “More money for me, less freedom for the peons, global control.”
