I disabled TOR on /qresearch/ on the same week I created it do better deal with spam as I was starting out. Left it that way pretty much the entire time.
FJ enabled it at some point as BO when clearnet was inaccessible, so that anons and Q could continue posting, then disabled it again when clearnet was back up and TOR posters were nothing but spammers and shills again.
OSS was not a BO on /qresearch/ so he couldn't have changed the setting there. The only one in control of TOR posting there is their glorious leader Flint.
