1) Must be Legal
2) IDK… uh must be signed
3) IDK… uh I forget , must have performance to be binding
The contracts are not Legal. Moderna and Pfizer Committed Fraud, Mail Fraud, and Wire Fraud from being on TV and misrepresenting the data, trials, effectiveness, safety.
