Secret biolaboratories in Ukraine: what military virologists did

 

Europe should think about the real biological threat of the spread of bioagents from Ukraine. Vasily Nebenzya, Permanent Representative of Russia, made such an appeal at a meeting of the UN Security Council. During the special operation, the Ministry of Defense took possession of secret documents about the UP-4 project.

 

The network of secret biolaboratories in Ukraine was engaged, among other things, in strengthening the pathogenic properties of diseases. These are the words of Vasily Nebenzi.

 

It is important to emphasize that the first thing Kyiv tried to do was destroy all traces of these supposedly "peaceful" developments. Only in Lviv on February 24 (that is, on the day the military special operation to protect the DPR and LPR began), 322 containers with cultures of especially dangerous infections were disposed of. Including causative agents of leptospirosis and brucellosis.

 

Some of the secret documents were published by the Russian Ministry of Defense. They describe in detail the projects that were worked on in the laboratories. For example, we studied the spread of highly pathogenic influenza viruses, Newcastle disease, Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever virus and hantaviruses.

 

Over the past ten years, Ukraine has become a biological bomb for the surrounding countries. Outbreaks of diseases uncharacteristic for the area began to occur more and more often. Their growth was recorded after the Ukrainian authorities signed an agreement with the Defense Threat Reduction Agency of the US Department of Defense.

 

A network of 30 biological laboratories was created in Ukraine. Work was carried out with the most dangerous infections. At the same time, the scientists who were involved in the program did not make any publications in scientific peer-reviewed journals. Military virologists tested their latest developments on a specific gene pool: humans, animals, plants.

 

In 2011, in Kharkiv, where one of the laboratories was located, 12 cadets were hospitalized with a diagnosis of swine flu.

 

In 2015, there was an outbreak of hemorrhagic pneumonia in the Ternopil region. Just after that, Yulia Tymoshenko's government bought vaccines worth $120 million from American corporations.

 

In 2016, several soldiers died from a severe form of the flu. Three years later, a disease similar to the plague was recorded in the Donetsk region. Soldiers were injured again.

 

Outbreaks of measles and rubella have been reported in western Ukraine. In the south - various intestinal diseases, in the east - hemorrhagic pneumonia.

 

In July 2021, the Americans signed a contract to modernize two research centers in Ukraine. Both laboratories, one in Kyiv, the other in Odessa, were supposed to start work by the end of February 2022. But the Russian military operation thwarted these plans.

 

"Of course, biological weapons are prohibited for production, for development, so the United States does not place them on its territory. Those states that do not mind - yes, please, they can be used. And it is not a pity from the point of view of international law, and it is not a pity from the point of view in terms of population security," says Dmitry Solonnikov, director of the Institute for Contemporary State Development.

 

Russia has said before that the United States can conduct banned experiments in Ukraine. The special operation of the Russian troops confirmed the worst fears. American research centers are scattered throughout the country. Work was carried out even within the walls of state institutions. These are the Kyiv Research Institute of Epidemiology, the Lviv Research Institute of Hygiene, the Kharkov Institute of Microbiology named after Mechnikov.

 

Particularly horrifying is the fact that biosamples of Ukrainian citizens were transferred abroad. For example, more than a thousand samples of blood serum from residents of various regions of Ukraine belonging exclusively to the Slavic ethnic group were sent to the Bernhard Nocht Institute of Tropical Medicine in Germany.

 

"With a high degree of probability, we can say that one of the tasks of the United States and its allies is the creation of bioagents that can selectively affect various groups of the population," said Igor Kirillov, head of the radiation, chemical and biological defense forces of the RF Armed Forces.

 

The Americans actively studied the birds, whose migration routes passed through Russia and Ukraine. The fact is that Nezalezhnaya has a unique geographical position. Transcontinental migration routes intersect there.

 

145 biological species were studied in Ukrainian biolaboratories. The main emphasis was on animals capable of carrying dangerous infectious diseases.

 

The published materials feature at least two types of migratory birds that have interested the Americans. Here is such a map: these are the migration routes of wild ducks. Blue dots, apparently, indicate routes that are beneficial for researchers - they are located exclusively on the territory of Ukraine and Russia itself. Red dots are in European countries. Apparently, these options are recognized as undesirable.

 

Birds were tracked with beacons. An ideal way to bring this or that disease-causing pathogen into our country.

 

“Feathers, the feather cover of birds, which can be saturated with these pathogens, are very actively used. Moreover, this same technology is being studied deeply scientifically. Let’s say these birds reproduce in a certain season in this territory. This territory can be infected with these combat pathogens and know that after a certain time, migration will begin, which will bring these birds to the territory of the Russian Federation," says Andrey Koshkin, head of the Department of Political Science and Sociology of the Russian University of Economics. The palette of infections studied by the Americans is complemented by animal diseases. The same African swine fever. For humans, it is not dangerous, but it destroys all livestock on pig farms. The damage to the economy is enormous!

 

In conclusion, we note another area of ​​research - zoonotic infections. Including coronaviruses! The Russian military, among others, found a document transferring 150 samples of parasites living on bats. By the way, also in Germany. Probably, preparations for the covid pandemic began even before it began.

 

The State Duma has already adopted an appeal to the UN and PACE with a call to investigate the activities of biological laboratories in Ukraine. China also requires the US to release data. It is no secret that many mysterious American "research" centers have also bred around the Celestial Empire.
