An unknown .pdf file I found on some website (http://www.armchairpatriot.com/Home%20Defense/Mil%20Improvised%20Weapons%201/Explosives%20&%20Propellants.pdf). I have no idea if its a real military manual or not. It has something to do with improvised munitions, and it has no title or identification.
