Biden Shouts During Speech in Connecticut, Makes Awkward Gaffe About Former Dem Senator Chris Dodd (VIDEO)
Joe Biden traveled to Connecticut on Friday to deliver remarks on his “Build Back Better” agenda.
Biden visited a daycare center before giving a speech at the dedication of the Dodd Center for Human Rights at the University of Connecticut.
Joe Biden’s speech at UConn was a bizarre mix of shouting and gaffes.
Biden spoke about former Democrat Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd in the beginning of his speech.
Joe Biden praised Dodd and said the former senator is not someone who “would disrespect a waitress.”
Joe Biden could have used any other example but he’s so dim, he brought up Dodd’s treatment of waitresses — even though it is well known Dodd sexually assaulted a waitress.
Biden also shouted for no reason in the middle of his speech.
