Q made a seemingly endless stream of posts referencing Chandler, insinuating that she took a 2017 picture of Bill Clinton and registered child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (whose light prison sentence handed down by current Trump cabinet official Alexander Acosta is currently under investigation) hanging out together in a pool.
Beyond that, QAnon accused Chandler of “procuring” “girls” for Epstein, having her photography studio funded by elite Satanists who used it for rituals, flaunting Epstein’s “sex and torture room victims” with her pictures, having a link to a still-unexplained (yet supposedly horrific) event at the Standard Hotel in West Hollywood, of being “100 times” worse than cult-linked actress Allison Mack, and of being “the key” to the massive trafficking ring at the heart of Pizzagate.
All told, QAnon made nearly 30 posts referencing Chandler in some way, finishing with a link to the FBI’s tip website. The bullshit implication Q wants to make is clear: This woman is involved in things so terrible and evil that she must immediately be taken down by federal authorities. Or worse.
This isn’t even the first time QAnon has gone after Rachel Chandler, who did not return a request for comment from the Daily Dot. The poster attacked her in April 2018, linking her to supposed sex-trafficking related pictures on Instagram.
Why would QAnon, who has focused almost entirely to this point on political machinations and grand conspiracies at the highest levels, spend so much energy on someone with no seeming relation to any of it?
To be clear, Chandler has not been accused of any wrongdoing by any law enforcement agency, nor is she known to be linked to Epstein, a disgraced financier who spent over a year in jail for soliciting sex from a minor, or anything else Q accuses of her.
There’s no evidence she took the pool picture that QAnon claims proves she’s linked to Epstein, and it doesn’t even feature him—though it does feature George Nader, the convicted pedophile who’s providing evidence in the Mueller investigation regarding President Donald Trump’s link to meetings with Russian officials. ..

The report described several scenarios: “Records on file with the Committees do not directly confirm or refute these individual reports. However, they do confirm that Hunter Biden sent thousands of dollars to individuals who have either: 1) been involved in transactions consistent with possible human trafficking; 2) an association with the adult entertainment industry; or 3) potential association with prostitution. The Biden campaign did not comment to Fox News on the allegation. But earlier in the week, Biden campaign spokesman Andrew Bates blasted the investigation into Hunter Biden’s business history, claiming Republicans were pursuing a “conspiracy theory” with the probe.
Hunter Biden has admitted to personal struggles in past years, including addiction and problems with his marriage.
According to multiple experts who specialize in investigating and halting sex trafficking globally, webs that emanate from Eastern Europe are among the most brutal and barbaric in the treatment of victims.
"Sex trafficking is a serious problem we face today. Organized crime is drawn to it because it is highly profitable, and unlike other sources of revenue such as guns or drugs, one victim can generate recurring revenues for the organization over time," Zack Smith, a legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, told Fox News. "If there is a suggestion of potential sex trafficking, further investigation may be warranted. If someone patronizes a victim of sex trafficking, they are participating in that person's victimization and are likely helping to fund further victimization and criminal activities.
"As can be expected, violence, drugs, money laundering, and more are often associated with those engaged in organized sex trafficking," Smith said.
But that is merely the tip of the iceberg, he said.
Air Force Lt. Col. Rudolph Atallah, a former adviser in the U.S. Office of the Secretary of Defense and now CEO of White Mountain Research – which focuses on foiling foreign trafficking rings – told Fox News that much of the revenue from sex trafficking in the Eastern bloc ends up funding organ harvesting farms and terrorist groups across the Middle East.
Atallah also pointed out that the vast majority of rings are operated by wealthy oligarchs in the region who "don't even think twice" about any implications beyond the billions made from such a "side business" per year.
"A lot of these networks are really nasty criminals, and what they do is heart-wrenching," he said. "Most of the victims are young, poor, kidnapped or refugees – they might be looking for jobs in other countries, and these networks take them in, take away their passports, and then it's almost impossible for them to get out." ..

Meanwhile, the report states that Senate investigators found millions of dollars in “questionable financial transactions” between Hunter Biden and his associates and foreign individuals, including the wife of the former mayor of Moscow as well as individuals with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
According to the report, an investment firm co-founded by Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca Thornton, “received $3.5 million in a wire transfer” from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of the Russian capital.
Democrats denied the claim. After the report's publication, Hunter Biden’s attorney, George Mesires, told the Washington Post the report GOP report "falsely alleges that Hunter Biden had a financial relationship with Russian businesswoman Yelena Baturina and that he received $3.5 million from Baturina."
The report goes further and alleges that not just Hunter Biden but other members of the Biden family “were involved in a vast financial network that connected them to foreign nationals and foreign governments across the globe.”
In one instance, the report stated that Hunter Biden “opened a bank account” with a Chinese national linked to China’s communist government, which “financed a $100,000 global spending spree” for the former vice president’s brother, James Biden, and his wife, Sara Biden.
The report comes as the investigation itself has faced scrutiny from Democrats and even some Republicans. ..

Rosenstein emphasized that the “most important aspect” of the new policy was that, in order for a corporation to receive credit for cooperation, it “must identify all wrongdoing by senior officials, including members of senior management or the board of directors.” To that end, and in order to provide more flexibility in bringing criminal investigations to a resolution, the new policy permits government investigators to award credit for cooperation when a corporation identifies “the individuals who play significant roles in setting a company on a course of criminal conduct” (emphasis added). In this regard, he stated that the DOJ wants “to know who authorized the misconduct, and what they knew about it.” Consistent with this goal, to be awarded maximum credit for cooperation under the new policy, a corporation “must identify every individual person who was substantially involved in or responsible for the misconduct.” ..
