Jurors reach verdict in Rittenhouse trial

David K. Li and Samira Puskar - 19m ago

A Wisconsin jury reached verdicts Friday in the homicide trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, the Illinois teenager who shot and killed two men and wounded a third at a protest last year.

Kenosha County Circuit Judge Bruce Schroeder announced around noon CT that the verdict had been reached, capping a trial that began with opening statements two weeks ago.

The panel of seven women and five men had been deliberating since late Tuesday morning.

Rittenhouse, now 18, is accused of reckless homicide in the slaying of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, and intentional homicide in the fatal shooting of Anthony Huber, 26, during an Aug. 25, 2020, social justice protest in Kenosha.

Two days earlier, a white police officer in Kenosha shot a Black man, Jacob Blake, at close range, leaving him paralyzed.

Rittenhouse and other armed men said they went to Kenosha to protect private property during the violent, chaotic protest.

In addition to the two homicide counts, Rittenhouse was also charged with attempted intentional homicide in the shooting of Gaige Grosskreutz, 27. The paramedic from suburban Milwaukee had gone to the protest to provide medical aid and was carrying a Glock pistol when Rittenhouse shot him at close range.

Rittenhouse is also facing two counts of recklessly endangering safety. He attempted to shoot an unknown person, known in court as “jump kick man,” who tried kicking the defendant in the face and prosecutors said Rittenhouse could have wounded another man when he opened fire on Rosenbaum.

Rittenhouse testified in his own defense last week and said all the shootings were acts of self-defense.

The trial has drawn national attention, focusing on issues on gun rights and race.

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers has pleaded for calm but has deployed 500 National Guard in anticipation of post-verdict protests.

This is a developing story, please refresh here for updates.

Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial: Not guilty on all counts

Rittenhouse argued that he fired a weapon in self-defense after men attacked him during a protest against police brutality in August 2020.

Part One

KENOSHA, Wis. — Jurors in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial have decided the fate of the 18-year-old who shot three men, killing two of them and wounding the third, during a protest against police brutality in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year.

Rittenhouse has argued that he fired in self-defense after the men attacked him.

Here's a look at the charges that prosecutors carried into court, as well as lesser charges that the judge put before the jury in final instructions.

COUNT 1: FIRST-DEGREE RECKLESS HOMICIDE, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON

Verdict: Not guilty

This felony charge is connected to the death of Joseph Rosenbaum, the first man Rittenhouse shot. Bystander video shows Rosenbaum chasing Rittenhouse through a parking lot and throwing a plastic bag at him. Rittenhouse flees behind a car and Rosenbaum follows. Video introduced at trial showed Rittenhouse wheeling around and firing as Rosenbaum chased him. Richie McGinniss, a reporter who was trailing Rittenhouse, testified that Rosenbaum lunged for Rittenhouse's gun.

Reckless homicide differs from intentional homicide in that prosecutors aren't alleging Rittenhouse intended to murder Rosenbaum. Instead, they're alleging Rittenhouse caused Rosenbaum's death in circumstances showing an utter disregard for human life.

The charge is punishable by up to 60 years in prison. The dangerous weapon modifier carries an additional five years.

COUNT 2: FIRST-DEGREE RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING SAFETY, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON

Verdict: Not guilty

This felony charge is connected to the Rosenbaum shooting. McGinniss told investigators he was in the line of fire when Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum. The charge is punishable by 12 1/2 years in prison. The weapons modifier carries an additional five years.

COUNT 3: FIRST-DEGREE RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING SAFETY, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON

Verdict: Not guilty

Video shows an unknown man leaping at Rittenhouse and trying to kick him seconds before Anthony Huber moves his skateboard toward him. Rittenhouse appears to fire two rounds at the man but apparently misses as the man runs away.

This charge is a felony punishable by 12 1/2 years in prison. The weapons modifier again would add up to five more years.

COUNT 4: FIRST-DEGREE INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON

Verdict: Not guilty

This charge is in Huber's death. Video shows Rittenhouse running down the street after shooting Rosenbaum when he falls to the street. Huber leaps at him and swings a skateboard at his head and neck and tries to grab Rittenhouse's gun before Rittenhouse fires. The criminal complaint alleges Rittenhouse aimed the weapon at Huber.

Intentional homicide means just that — a person killed someone and meant to do it. The count carries a mandatory life sentence. The weapons modifier would add up to five years.

The jury also was given the option of second-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless homicide in Huber's death.

Second-degree intentional homicide is punishable by up to 60 years in prison.

The first-degree reckless homicide charge sought in Huber's death matches an original charge in Rosenbaum's death — it would require jurors to decide that Rittenhouse caused Huber's death with an utter disregard for human life — and is punishable by up to 60 years in prison.

Part two

COUNT 5: ATTEMPTED FIRST-DEGREE INTENTIONAL HOMICIDE, USE OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON

Verdict: Not guilty

This is the charge for Rittenhouse shooting Gaige Grosskreutz in the arm seconds after he shot Huber, and as Grosskreutz came toward him holding a pistol. Grosskreutz survived. Video shows Rittenhouse pointing his gun at Grosskreutz and firing a single round.

The charge carries a maximum sentence of 60 years. The weapons modifier would add up to five more years.

The jury has also been given the option of considering second-degree attempted intentional homicide and first-degree reckless endangerment charges.

The possible punishment for attempted second-degree intentional homicide is 30 years. Attempted first-degree reckless homicide is punishable by up to 12 1/2 years.

COUNT 6: POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON BY A PERSON UNDER 18

The judge dismissed this charge.

Rittenhouse was armed with an AR-style semi-automatic rifle. He was 17 years old on the night of the shootings. Wisconsin law prohibits minors from possessing firearms except for hunting or when supervised by an adult in target practice or instruction in the proper use of a dangerous weapon. Rittenhouse’s attorneys argued that another subsection of the law, regarding short-barreled rifles, provided grounds for dismissing the charge.

Prosecutors argued the defense was misreading the statute, and Schroeder had earlier twice declined to dismiss the charge. But the judge also had said the statute was confusing. After prosecutors conceded that the rifle was not short-barreled, Schroeder dismissed the charge.

COUNT 7: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH AN EMERGENCY ORDER FROM STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT

The judge dismissed this charge.

Rittenhouse was charged with being out on the streets after an 8 p.m. curfew imposed by the city, a minor offense that carries a fine of up to $200.

KENOSHA—Kyle Rittenhouse, the notorious, gun-toting white teenager accused of murdering two people and trying to kill a third during a police-violence protest last August, has been found not guilty of all the charges against him in a Wisconsin courtroom.

Rittenhouse, 18, faced a slew of charges, including first-degree reckless homicide, over his conduct on Aug. 25, 2020, amid unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin, after the police shooting of Jacob Blake, a local Black father. During two incidents caught on camera, Rittenhouse fired an AR-15 and killed 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum and 26-year-old Anthony Huber. He also severely wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, now 27.

As the verdict was being read, a trembling Rittenhouse wept and collapsed. His mom, Wendy Rittenhouse, and other family were seen crying in the courtroom gallery. After Kenosha Judge Bruce Schroeder insisted he “couldn’t have asked for a better jury” and said they were free to leave the Kenosha courthouse, a sheriff’s deputy escorted Rittenhouse through a back door.

“The jury has represented our community in this trial and has spoken,” Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger told reporters after the verdict.

The verdict, which was reached in 24 hours, marks the end of one chapter of a highly-divisive case that prompted conservatives to rally behind the teen—and the latest episode in a saga that’s served as a testament to the ever-more-bitter divides over gun rights and race in America.

Kyle Rittenhouse cleared of all charges in Kenosha shootings

by: Michael Tarm, Scott Bauer, Amy Forliti, The Associated Press, Nexstar Media Wire

KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges Friday after pleading self-defense in the deadly Kenosha shootings that became a flashpoint in the nation’s debate over guns, vigilantism and racial injustice.

Rittenhouse, 18, cried and hugged one of his attorneys upon hearing the verdict.

He had been charged with homicide, attempted homicide and reckless endangering after killing two men and wounding a third with an AR-style semi-automatic rifle during a tumultuous night of protests over police violence against Black people in the summer of 2020. The former police youth cadet is white, as were those he shot.

The jury, which appeared to be overwhelmingly white, deliberated for close to 3 1/2 days.

Rittenhouse could have gotten life in prison if found guilty on the most serious charge, first-degree intentional homicide, or what some other states call first-degree murder.

As the verdict drew near, Gov. Tony Evers pleaded for calm and said 500 National Guard members would be ready for duty in Kenosha if needed.

Rittenhouse was 17 when he went from his home in Antioch, Illinois, to Kenosha after businesses in the city were ransacked and burned over the shooting of a Black man, Jacob Blake, by a white police officer.

Carrying a weapon that authorities said was illegally purchased for the underage Rittenhouse, he joined other armed citizens in what he said was an effort to protect property and provide medical aid.

Bystander and drone video captured most of the frenzied chain of events that followed: Rittenhouse killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 36, then shot to death protester Anthony Huber, 26, and wounded demonstrator Gaige Grosskreutz, now 28.

Prosecutors portrayed Rittenhouse as a “wannabe soldier” who had gone looking for trouble that night and was responsible for creating a dangerous situation in the first place by pointing his rifle at demonstrators.

But Rittenhouse testified: “I didn’t do anything wrong. I defended myself.”

Breaking into sobs at one point, he told the jury he opened fire after Rosenbaum chased him and made a grab for his gun. He said he was afraid his rifle was going to be wrested away and used to kill him.

Huber was then killed after hitting Rittenhouse in the head or neck with a skateboard, and Grosskreutz was shot after pointing a gun of his own at Rittenhouse.

The case was part of an extraordinary confluence of trials that reflected the deep divide over race in the United States: In Georgia, three white men are on trial in the killing of Ahmaud Arbery, while in Virginia, a trial is underway in a lawsuit over the deadly white-supremacist rally held in Charlottesville in 2017.

The exact racial makeup of the Rittenhouse jury wasn’t clear because jurors were not asked about their race in court.

UNDERCOVER: Testing informed consent at Canada's vaccination clinics

https://www.rebelnews.com/testing_informed_consent_at_canadas_vaccination_clinics

In this Rebel News exclusive, we see what informed consent looks like at COVID vaccination sites in Canada.

On June 30, the federal government of Canada issued an order to print information about “myocarditis” and “pericarditis” onto COVID vaccine labels after reports of heart inflammation exceeded expectations.

Hundreds of thousands of Canadians who belong to the age group most effected have been injected with Moderna's vaccine without knowing the risks of heart inflammation, including those in the Canadian Armed Forces.

Today, Ontarians who belong to that same age group can still get the Moderna vaccine with informed consent.

A “privilege” that was not granted to people who got it before June 30th.

The state-sponsored restrictions on the skeptics of authority range from not being allowed to watch their kid's hockey match to being denied organ transplants. To simply put it, the political scene in Canada is this:

The voluntary consent of the individual is not only being violated, but it’s not even being sought after.

The Nuremberg Code, a set of ethical research principles which was established after Nazi atrocities during the Second World War, demonstrates how vital the voluntary consent of the individual is:

“1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion...”

There are some who say that the Nuremberg Code doesn’t apply to covid-19 vaccines, arguing that the Nuremberg Code is meant for clinical trials only, and since the clinical trials have been completed, it cannot be applied.

The clinical trials aren’t done yet and we are only discovering the vaccines varying side effects and the duration of their efficacy as we speak.

French public health authorities recently joined the growing list of European nations which do not recommend Moderna's vaccine for people under the age of 30 due to heart inflammation.

In the United Kingdom, AstraZeneca's vaccine is also not being recommended for people under the age of 30 due to blood cloths.

On the other hand, the immunity of the vaccine by Pfizer, the company that has paid the largest criminal fine for fraudulent marketing in history, has been discovered to wane after two months or so.

While it may not be clinical, the trials appear to be continuing.

And the fact remains that the producers of the vaccine, the promoters of the vaccine, and the enforcers of the vaccine won’t accept any legal responsibility for your safety.

Some people are unfortunately experiencing the consequences of this first hand, consequences such as heart inflammation — especially among young men, who are one of the least vulnerable age groups when it comes to COVID-19 deaths, ICU admissions and hospitalizations.

At the end of the day, based on what these vaccine administrators have told us, each individual body could react differently. There is always a risk of developing a heart condition, that we should all be concerned since every day something different comes up, as we approach the second year of “two weeks to flatten the curve.”

Ghislaine Maxwell laughs, hugs, blows kisses in court amid jury selection for sex-trafficking trial

https://metro.co.uk/2021/11/19/ghislaine-maxwell-laughs-hugs-blows-kisses-during-jury-selection-15628292/

Alison Nathan, a federal judge for the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, by late morning Thursday had questioned more than 80 jurors about their lives, personal views and knowledge of Maxwell and Epstein. The judge has narrowed the pool down to 58 people and will choose 12 jurors and six alternates on November 29.

On Thursday, Nathan dismissed an unidentified middle-aged man from jury duty because he had met Epstein years ago while working in the finance industry. The middle-aged man said he works as an arbitrator and that a colleague setting up an investment fund introduced him to Epstein.

‘Epstein was an investor in it,’ the man told Nathan. ‘He was one of the larger investors.’

The judge also dismissed a female juror who said she was not sure she could be completely impartial considering what she had heard about the case.

‘I believe the defendant shouldn’t be judged based on Mr Epstein’s actions,’ she said.

Maxwell’s trial is expected to run six weeks.

MSNBC’s History Of Doxxing Normal People Shadows Attempt To Follow Rittenhouse Jury

Are James J. Morrison and Irene Byon just MSNBC's next Ben Collins and Brandy Zadrozny?

MSNBC is in some hot water after someone who was allegedly sent by one of the network’s producers reportedly got arrested while following the bus carrying the jury for the Kyle Rittenhouse trial and was suspected of trying to photograph them. The judge has since banned MSNBC from the courtroom for the rest of the trial.

The man, who reportedly identified himself as James J. Morrison and said he was instructed to follow the jury by MSNBC’s Irene Byon, was pulled over and issued citations for running a red light. Police say that although they suspected he was attempting to take pictures, he didn’t obtain any photographs of the jury. NBC tried to run damage control and issued a statement saying he “never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them.”

But why would Morrison run a red light behind the bus if not to make sure he didn’t lose it? And why was Morrison following the jury if not to photograph or contact them?

The investigation is still open, so we don’t know the whole story, but the situation stinks of foul play: of jury tampering, obstruction of justice, and potential jury intimidation or doxxing.

Not only would this be consistent with the posture of the rest of the corporate press, which has made it their mission to adopt and amplify the prosecutors’ talking points, but it would also fit into NBC’s gross track record of doxxing regular people by digging up their personal and private information and using it against them. What better way to ensure the left’s preferred outcome of a high-profile, politicized trial than by making sure the jury knows that the media know who they are and where they are — and reminding them that the media have the power to let the rest of the world know too?

Perhaps the most notable example of this doxxing habit is NBC’s so-called “disinformation” reporter Brandy Zadrozny (NBC News and MSNBC are both a part of NBCUniversal, a subsidiary of Comcast). While Zadrozny has devoted much of her attention to QAnon, it seems her overall objective is to flag online information she doesn’t like to get it censored.

“Rittenhouse is Living Proof That White Tears Can Still Forestall Justice” –Democrat Rep Calls Kyle Rittenhouse a “Murderer” After Not Guilty Verdict

Democrat Rep. Adriano Espaillat (NY), a self-described “undocumented immigrant turned progressive Congressman,” defamed Kyle Rittenhouse after a “not guilty” verdict was delivered by a jury on Friday.

Kyle Rittenhouse collapsed after he was found not guilty on all counts Friday afternoon.

Shortly after the not guilty verdict was read, the demons on the left immediately began screeching and defaming Rittenhouse.

A Democrat lawmaker from New York attacked Rittenhouse for being white and called him a murderer.

“Kyle Rittenhouse is living proof that white tears can still forestall justice.” the lawmaker said in a tweet.

“A murderer is once again walking free today — our system is terribly broken.” he added.

Kenosha Crowd Reacts to Rittenhouse Verdict…and It's Not What the Lying Media Told You Would Happen

By Megan Fox Nov 19, 2021 2:56 PM ET

Townhall Media’s Julio Rosa is on the ground in Kenosha capturing the events as they unfold after Kyle Rittenhouse was declared not guilty on all counts by a jury of his peers. Based on media reporting in the last few weeks, you might have expected the crowd outside to explode with rage and immediately begin burning down the courthouse. That’s not what happened.

''Cheers outside the Kenosha County Courthouse after Kyle Rittenhouse is found not guilty. pic.twitter.com/LhQQSRrgiF

— Julio Rosas (@Julio_Rosas11) November 19, 2021''

Not only is the crowd overwhelmingly cheering for Rittenhouse and his right to self-defense, but the majority of the cars driving by were honking their horns in support of the verdict. This reaction gives me hope for America. Perhaps Americans do understand why our Constitutional rights are still important and why the mob cannot be allowed to have power over the law.

What was so concerning about this trial from the beginning was how obvious the outcome should have been. The charges should not have been brought against Rittenhouse for defending his life against a raging mob. The media whipped up such a frenzy of lies around this story that it turned into a political game of “gotcha” that the left loves to play when it comes to our right to bear arms. This case should never have been put before a jury in the first place.

Sean Davis of the Federalist tweeted out a perfect analysis of what really happened here: “Having failed to eradicate the Second Amendment, which affirms on paper our God-given right to self-defense, the Left is using the Rittenhouse case to nuke the Second Amendment in practice. They do not want a world where you have the right to fight back against their violence.”

''

— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) November 19, 2021''

The left in this country has used terror tactics, starting violent riots and engaging in property destruction as a matter of right when they feel they have been wronged. We all now expect them to burn down cities when they get bad news. None of that is legal in our system of government. The people who should face a jury are the ones who burned businesses, committed arson, vandalism, and lawlessness, not the people who defended their town against them when law enforcement wouldn’t.

It’s a great day because The People have spoken, the mob has lost, and law and order have prevailed!

PREDICTION: There will be no major riots in the streets of Kenosha tonight. Most likely, the agent provocateurs are all on other assignments (probably at school board meetings). The left’s rent-a-mobs do not represent the people of Kenosha.

Your garbage website is actively soliciting legal defense cash for violent BLM activists facing charges for felony rioting, assaulting cops, and—I kid you not—“bank robbery during [a] George Floyd riot,” not to mention the countless rioter bail funds you’re currently hosting.

Army orders commanders to 'flag' unvaccinated troops to block reenlistment, effectively end careers

The U.S. Army has started to weed out unvaccinated soldiers by blocking their re-enlistment, including Reserve troops and Guardsmen.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin on Aug. 25 directed all military branches to ensure service members receive the vaccine as COVID case numbers surged over the summer.

Fox News obtained a Nov. 16 memorandum from Secretary of the Army Christine Wormuth detailing how commanding officers should flag soldiers who refuse COVID-19 vaccination orders, which will allow the service to retire the troops or separate them "upon expiration of term of service."

Andrew Cuomo’s Ominous Reaction to the Rittenhouse Verdict

Amid the numerous insane reactions on the Left to the verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, the one from disgraced former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-Nursing Homes) didn’t rate high on the hysteria meter. Nonetheless, Cuomo’s words revealed a great deal, likely more than he intended, about the mindset of the Left today and its sinister agenda for the future.

Cuomo tweeted: “Today’s verdict is a stain on the soul of America, & sends a dangerous message about who & what values our justice system was designed to protect[.] We must stand unified in rejecting supremacist vigilantism & with one voice say: this is not who we are.”

A man who left thousands of people to die of COVID in nursing homes and is accused of multiple incidents of sexual harassment would be well-advised to think twice before talking about stains on the soul, but far worse is that Cuomo would have us believe that the acquittal of a man who clearly acted in self-defense “sends a dangerous message about who & what values our justice system was designed to protect.” Despite the fact that no evidence whatsoever was presented at the trial to support the establishment media claim echoed by Old Joe Biden that Kyle Rittenhouse is a “white supremacist,” Cuomo still decries “supremacist vigilantism.”

It is enlightening to imagine Cuomo’s ideal world. Apparently, he is trying to convince those who still take him seriously, if there are any such people, that Rittenhouse was acquitted because he was white, and that his acquittal is a manifestation of that “white privilege” the Left is so upset about these days. And his dismissal of Rittenhouse’s acting in self-defense as “supremacist vigilantism” is even worse: apparently, as far as Cuomo and his ilk are concerned, there is no right to self-defense when one is white and defending himself from violent Leftist rioters, as was Rittenhouse.

Rep. Judy Chu (D-California SSR)’s reaction to the verdict was similar to Cuomo’s, albeit more succinct. Chu tweeted simply: “Our gun laws are protecting the wrong people.” On the surface, this doesn’t seem that bad — not remotely in the same league with the frothing hysteria of the likes of New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and even the “angry and concerned” Joe Biden. However, Chu’s eight words look worse the longer one thinks about them.

Who, in the first place, are the “wrong people”? White people, of course, and especially white people who are defending themselves from rioting Leftist mobs. Cuomo and Chu are attempting to undercut and ultimately destroy the idea that any resistance, any resistance at all, to the violent Left is acceptable. When the likes of Anthony Huber, Joseph Rosenbaum, and Gaige Grosskreutz come to your city and start rioting, you must not interfere with them, even if they storm your home and threaten your family. You can’t do anything. The authoritarian Left is taking over, and it will brook no dissent and no resistance. You must submit, because you are evil, a beneficiary of privilege due to the color of your skin, and so your subjugation is a simple matter of justice and the redress of ancient grievances.

huck Todd: Gun Owners ‘May Feel Incentivized,’ ‘Emboldened’ After Rittenhouse Verdict

Friday in reaction to a Wisconsin jury finding Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on charges in the fatal shooting of two people during rioting last year in Kenosha, MSNBC “MTP Daily” host Chuck Todd warned that “gun owners with a certain ideology may feel incentivized now, may feel even emboldened.”

Todd questioned if the Rittenhouse verdict sends an “uncomfortable message” to gun owners that they could kill someone in future protests and then claim self-defense.

Trump congratulates Rittenhouse on acquittal

“Congratulations to Kyle Rittenhouse for being found INNOCENT of all charges,” Trump said in a statement Friday.

“It’s called being found NOT GUILTY - And by the way, if that’s not self defense, nothing is!” he added.

The Rittenhouse case is controversial, and its verdict has left a nation divided over the jury's decision. Conservatives and Republican lawmakers praised the verdict on Friday afternoon, with members of Congress like Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) offering the teen an internship.

“Kyle Rittenhouse is not guilty, my friends. You have a right to defend yourself, so be armed, be dangerous and be moral,” Cawthorne said in a video posted to social media Friday.

Revolver’s Case For Disbarring Binger

November 18, 2021

The entire political show trial of Kyle Rittenhouse has been a disgrace and a sham. The Rittenhouse self-defense case never should have been brought to trial in the first place. It was a travesty of justice that charges were even filed. Many have forgotten that the crazed, partisan Democrat Kenosha District Attorneys office rushed to file charges just two days after the shooting, before any sort of detailed investigation could be completed. The prosecution shamefully lied and slandered Kyle Rittenhouse before the trial even started. They then did so again, endlessly, at trial.

It goes without saying that there is a mile-long list of elected officials, attorneys, and other assorted public figures who must pay a price for the tawdry and disgusting railroading of the heroic 17-year-old “Kenosha kid” who singlehandedly stopped devastating looting and riots in their track with a few shots from his trusty AR-15. And the first shameful partisan political liar on that list goes by the name of Thomas Binger.

Thomas Binger, the floopty-haircut-sporting, goateed, Star-Wars-pin-wearing bespectacled dork draped in candy-cane ties and technicolor shirts, must pay the ultimate career price and be immediately disbarred by the Wisconsin State Bar.

The precedent here is Mike Nifong, the shameful and disgraced North Carolina prosecutor who broke every principle of fairness and justice in putting on a sham trial in the case of the Duke LaCrosse players from 2006.

For those who do not recall, three Duke LaCrosse players were accused of raping a black stripper. DNA evidence did not match any of the three players, and the corrupt, venal, and politically ambitious prosecutor Nifong brought the case anyway.

Nifong’s sole motive for bringing the case was to raise his political profile and win re-election. He bragged that the case would bring him “millions of dollars’ in free advertising.”

Nifong was disbarred and even jailed for his perfidious conduct. He cried tears of shame as his sentence was read out, waived his right to appeal, and begged for forgiveness. By the end of it, Nifong was sued into bankruptcy, and the state refused to defend his actions on the grounds that they involved “fraud, corruption or malice.”

With any luck, Thomas Binger will soon share the same fate.

The persecution of Kyle Rittenhouse was an ideological act from the very beginning. It was a political assault meant to intimidate anybody brave or naive enough to use deadly force to protect the innocent and law-abiding from the rioting foot soldiers of America’s regime.

From the moment the Rittenhouse shooting happened, it was an obvious open-and-shut case of self-defense. The shooting took place in the final minutes of August 25, 2020. By the end of August 27, even The New York Times had reconstructed the entire event from beginning to end, with video footage of all relevant moments. The reconstruction showed that Rittenhouse was what he claimed: A good citizen, trying to protect businesses, provide medical assistance, and prevent mayhem. It showed that in all three shootings, Rittenhouse clearly defended himself himself from an ongoing attack…..

Kyle Rittenhouse Not Guilty Verdict Breaks Hollywood: ‘I Weep for This Country’

Left-wing Hollywood celebrities experienced a collective meltdown after a jury in Kenosha, Wisconsin, acquitted 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse of all charges on Friday. “I weep for this country,” one star lamented, while another claimed the verdict represented a victory for “white supremacy.”

Celebrities including Sophia Bush, Patton Oswalt, and Josh Gad took their cues from the establishment media by insisting on a racial angle to the verdict, even though all the parties in the case were white. Other celebrities simply vented their rage, like Alyssa Milano, who hurled expletives at her TV as the verdict was read.

“This is white supremacy in action,” Sophia Bush tweeted.

“So…the white guy goes free. Is that the message?” author Stephen King wrote.

“Fucking not guilty,” Alyssa Milano despaired.

In one bizarre instance, ABC’s Scandal star Kerry Washington paid tribute to the two men Rittenhouse shot and killed out of self-defense — Joseph Rosenbaum, a pedophile sex offender, and Anthony Huber, a habitual woman beater.
