Not sure I figured it out, but I got the software d/l which it would not do before. I may have a bad memory slot (ram) slot on the machine. I have one good stick I am using to put into each slot and run. I believe I found a bad slot, fucking slots..

Still troubleshooting, been a LONG night of it. Found out a ton about the machine though so that is good.
