Poking around on the Dominion Website where they had a link to the Election Assistance Commission (EAC). One thing led to another and ended up on the EAC's FOIA page.
Interesting document found = a letter from Feinstein and Durbin to the EAC re: the Eagleton Institute project. Apparently the EAC let a contract to the Eagleton Institute at Rutgers to study voter ID and provisional voting. In the response letter, the EAC gives a history of people, places, things including the fact that the project manager, Karen Lynn-Dyson was a project manager for the Aspen Institute's Domestic Strategy Group founded by David Gergen, William Bennet and former senator Bill Bradley.
The response letter sheds light on the deliberations re: the Eagleton Project. The fact that the original letter is from Feinstein and Durbin in 2007 (just prior to hussein's run) leads me to believe that the entire thing, including the study, has a certain smell….
