Just went to take another peek at a saved Dominion Voting Systems screenshot. Know what was on there? An Election Assistance Commission (EAC) seal. WTAF????

The seal is Directly across from Dominion touting "driving the election through a single comprehensive database." Now that could mean a single state database OR it could mean through their single database.
