>"King Co uses Dominion for voting" (my claim)

<King Co uses ClearVote.

Yes, you are right. Just looked it up. King Co does NOT use Dominion - uses ClearVote, as you say.

https://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/research/voting-systems-by-county.aspx

But on the map at >>11359

King Co. uses GEMS - which is owned or controlled by Dominion.

SO: did it switch? or is ClearVote another name for GEMS?

Next step:

  1. try to update it to the present day

  2. find out what ClearVote really is - which may be a challenge. It's going to be affiliated with one of these big companies like Dominion, ES&S, etc.

  3. For King Co: get a history of voting systems from around 2000 to the present.

ClearVote - What is it?

Short answer: one of the products of ClearBallot, the parent company.

ClearVote is part of the new "Clear - EVERYTHING" bundle:

ClearDesign = browser-based user interface

ClearAccess = ballot marking system

ClearCast = optical scan voting system

ClearCount = browser-based central count tabulation system

ClearAudit = automated audit solution

So if you a customer, looks like you can use it to collect all the votes and then self-audit what you did.

(No stone left unturned!)

What is ClearBallot?

"We create technology that empowers our customers to improve democracy"

https://clearballot.com/about-us

Sounds just great, doesn't it??

If you're looking for specifics, forget it. No info on

  • owner(s)

  • date founded

  • company headquarters

  • investors

They do provide names of the 'leadership team', including CEO Bob Hoyt, VP of Engr Will Crumbley, and Keir Holman, VP of Tech services. Strangely, the former CEO, Jordan Esten, is listed LAST - as "board member. But you have to join LinkedIn to get any more info.

From qresear.ch so far (searched on "clearballot" :

Same generic stuff. One anons speaks of Dominion controlling Clarity elections software. "Clarity" associated with "Clear"? Sounds plausible but needs a dig. https://source.opennews.org/articles/introducing-clarify/

There were a few other digs, but little info. REALLY hard to find anything substantive.

Bloomberg does fill in a few blanks:

Company address: 7 Water Street Suite 7, Boston (see CAP)

This is the Winthrop Bldg - other tenants Land Trust Alliance/Fidelity Foundation, Millenium Partners Mgmt LLC, 4 Sight Technology, Pembroke Real Estate Inc, Ncrypted Cloud, Forest Cap Partners, M Da Partners, Laura Palumbo.

Phone (see cap)

Company Founded: 8-24-2009

https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/1524087D:US

Interesting that the company was founded 11 years ago - since it focuses on how 'new' it is.

Who is really behind ClearBallot? DIGG

"for educational purposes"

the other phrase often used in arguments like this is "for newfags"

This board is not for newfags

Not for those who need an intro to the dark side

If you were to ask, i would say notables are mostly

  • recent news items, espec. political

  • relevant to recent Q drops

  • relevant to Q's broader mission, e.g., to the Constitution, freedom of speech issues, natural rights (providing historical context, for example)

  • on DS corruption (e.g., election voting systems)

  • on current Congressional Hearings or key legislation

  • battleground issues such as abortion, law & order / riots, sanctuary cities, etc.

  • documented cases and arrests involving CP, trafficking, SRA and other abusive/criminal behaviors

  • mebbe other stuff too but of a specific and factual nature

just my 2cents, but I want to answer your question seriously, because you asked 'why not notable?'

Including generic info on the more sensational and speculative aspects of the underbelly of human conduct does nothing to enhance our credibility in the eyes of ordinary people. And is not needed to inform anons, most of whom are well informed about such things as not to need a refresher.

You are baking, so - your call.

This is great!

With this tool, we can generate an up-to-date version of the voting systems used in every county in the 2020 election. Wonder if someone has already done it though.

GEMS references from the ES & S Corruption PDF

Produced in July 2019 - but still relevant.

In 2018, GASOS Paid Private Corporation-ES&S $300,000 to Prepare Data Necessary for the Entire Georgia Election Management System (GEMS) & for All Voter Rolls. “Scope of Work: State. Entity seeks to enter into a contract to provide assistance in data preparation for ExpressPoll 4000 and 5000 running EZRoster version 2.1.2 and the Georgia Election Management System (GEMS) database version 1.18.22g!… The cost will be $25,000 per month for the calendar year 2018.” (CGG Subpoena,

page 14, 7/5/2019)

GASOS Claimed 2018 “Sole-Source” Award to Private Corporation, ES&S, Justified Because

ES&S Was Only Company with Licenses to Work Both Components of Georgia’s Voting System.

“Sole-Source Intent to Award Justification: Exclusive Capability: The State of Georgia utilizes ExpressPoll 4000 & 5000 running EZRoster version 2.1.2 and GEMS version 1.18.22g!.

2015 Memphis Undervote Caused by Software Bug ES&S [Diebold] Aware of Since 2008. '''“Among the documents released to Chumney is a user’s manual for the county’s version of GEMS. It shows they’re using a version of the software that contains the bug known to drop votes, the subject of that 10-

month investigation in Ohio in 2008. The software flaw creates exactly the situation described in the emails by Young and other officials, one that has been well-known for eight years. Diebold didn’t replace the flawed versions outside of Ohio, and for counties to do so on their own was expensive.”'''

(Bloomberg, 9/29/2016)

4

In 2008, ES&S [Diebold] Lied to Ohio Secretary of State About Software Bug That Caused Primary Undervote in 11 Counties. '''“Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner sued Diebold following the 2008 primaries after 11 counties using the company’s AccuVote-TSX voting machines and GEMS

tabulator dropped votes.''' The company claimed the problem was the result of the antivirus program the counties were using. After a 10-month fight, Diebold conceded the lost votes were the result of a software bug. The bug was fixed in later versions, and more than half of Ohio counties received free or

discounted voting machines and software as part of the settlement.” (Bloomberg, 9/29/2016)

These refs tell us three things:

  1. GEMS is still in [probably widespread] use today.

  2. It has been previously implicated in vote-dropping.

  3. The latest version of GEMS = 1.18.22g!

Not trying to give ya a hard time, just expressing a pov. More generally, jwant to avoid watering-down process that has happened on QR.

In qresear.ch, there is a lot about these topics.
