What is Aether?

A lot of talk going on about deltas being for next year. There is already faltering in the line- anons and patriots have been patient in the last 4 years and held strong to save the children. If there is another year to wait more patriots will continue losing faith and hope for the childrens rescue. How long until we see independent militias take action instead of waiting? Is anyone considering the idea we need to expose the darkness instead of waiting for the military to do it?
