Interestingly, yesterday it was released that the failure and loss of the VEGA launch on Nov 16th, which caused the loss of satellites worth $400 million was caused by 'human error'.

Analysis of the telemetry from the mission, along with data from the production of the vehicle, led them to conclude that cables to two thrust vector control actuators were inverted. Commands intended to go to one actuator went instead to the other, triggering the loss of control.
“This was clearly a production and quality issue, a series of human errors, and not a design one,” Lagier said.
Arianespace will convene an investigation commission, chaired by the European Space Agency’s inspector general, to confirm the cause of the failure and recommend corrective actions. That commission will start work as soon as Nov. 18, said Stéphane Israël, chief executive of Arianespace, on the call.

The first batch didn't have these at all. So I was considering if it was someone larping or Q / Q team. If someone larping, they know their Q posts intimately. It's possible though.
If it wasn't, and it was Q, I think he's drawing our attention (or someone else's) to the previous posts which contain those phrases.

Yeah it was a while ago. I had them then lost them, then got them from astro, again lost them.
They were in global for ages, figured they’d be important in the future as Q was obviously then planning to drop w/o trip sometime. He hasn’t until now afaik. Also wanted to have them for baking purposes and for the bakers.

Rebel News journalist Keean Bexte was escorted from the Dominion Voting office in Toronto after uncovering that they share a building with a George Soros-linked group.
Dominion Voting, who supplies voting machines to multiple swing states, has been under fire since it was revealed that their machines created a 6,000 vote swing in a single Michigan state county.
Bexte visited the Dominion Voting building located at 215 Spadina Avenue in Toronto in an effort to get some answers. He discovered that the vote tabulation company shares an office floor with an organization called Tides, which recently changed its name to Make Way.
Bexte wrote that the organization is “an extreme left eco-radical charity that directs cash supplied by George Soros to smaller groups and organizations to advance the globalist agenda of Soros.”
