Twitter shareholders SUE Musk for Late Investment Disclosure
A lawsuit has been filed against Elon Musk for not disclosing his Twitter stake within the legally-mandated timeframe of 10 days - costing former shareholders on Twitter’s rocketing price.
It is not clear how much is being claimed in damages, but when the Tesla CEO’s 9.2% stake was announced on April 4 shares shot up 27% from £39.31 to $49.97.
Under federal law any stake over 5% must be disclosed within 10 days - which for Musk would have been March 24.

NYC Subway Shooter Frank James Is a Black Nationalist Like Waukesha Parade Killer – Recently Released Video Manifesto, Posted Video on Ketanji Brown Jackson
New York City subway shooter Frank James is still on the loose. At least 10 people were shot and 6 others were injured on Tuesday when James fired at least 30 rounds rounds inside the subway station, officials said. Five victims are in critical condition but are expected to survive.
James was a black nationalist and posted several videos on the oppression of black people.
Frank James recently released a video manifesto on YouTube.
