Third Georgia County Finds Memory Card With Uncounted Votes

A third county in Georgia discovered a memory card with uncounted votes, a majority of which were cast for President Donald Trump, according to Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer. “Our monitors tell us that Walton County election officials have found a memory card that was apparently not uploaded. The number of uncounted votes is not as large as in Floyd or Fayette but the President will pick up votes,” Shafer wrote on Twitter.
At a press conference on Tuesday night, Gabriel Sterling with the Georgia secretary of state’s office told reporters that, in Walton County, “there may be a memory card with 224 votes on it from an Election Day polling location.”
“We’re still trying to see if that was a batch that might have been missed, or there’s actually memory cards that we—I don’t have a final answer on that,” he added.
Fayette and Floyd counties previously reported discovering memory cards with uncounted votes.
Of the votes, 1,577 were for President Donald Trump, 1,128 were for Democratic nominee Joe Biden, and the remainder included 43 for Libertarian presidential candidate Jo Jorgensen, and seven write-ins, Sterling said. The discovery netted Trump 449 votes.
Floyd County on Monday found 2,600 votes that were not initially tabulated in the initial vote-counting process. The votes were cast overwhelmingly for Trump, cutting Biden’s lead by roughly 800 votes.
Sterling said that Fayette County’s votes were a more easy discovery compared to Floyd County, because they were able to see that the number of people who were checked in on the early voting file exceeded the number in the county’s reported total votes.
Both Floyd and Fayette counties will still need to recertify their results, and that can’t be done until after the state’s election audit is complete on Wednesday at midnight, Sterling said.
The memory cards unearthed in the three counties add up to over 1,400 net votes for Trump, closing his gap with Biden from 14,156 minus 12,753, Sterling said on CNN’s “New Day” on Wednesday.
The recount in progress was initiated by the Georgia secretary of state based on a new law that calls for an audit of one race after each election. The state’s deadline to certify election results is Nov. 20. The Trump campaign can request another recount after the results are certified.
Georgia spent more than $100 million on election machines and software by Dominion Voting Systems. The Trump campaign has alleged, and the vendor has denied, that the software is to blame for the fraudulent switching of votes from Trump to Biden.

Electoral College reform: Colorado is latest state to approve the idea
D Debates over the effectiveness of the United States Electoral College have been happening for 200 years. Abolishing the Electoral College has become a popular topic in recent years, but would require a constitutional amendment.
Some reformers, however, are proposing to use the Electoral College against itself. That’s the goal of the multistate National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC).
Under the current system, the presidential candidate who wins the most popular votes within a state is typically awarded all of that state’s electoral votes. But states are allowed to award their electoral votes using whatever system they enact into law.
Under the NPVIC, a state would hold off on giving its electoral votes to the popular winner of the state, and instead award those votes to the popular winner of the entire country. And to avoid strange outcomes, states joining the NPVIC only begin awarding votes this way when a threshold of states representing 270 Electoral College votes has passed it.
It’s a concept that’s beginning to draw support. The NPVIC legislation has already been passed in 15 states and the District of Columbia, representing 196 Electoral College votes, according to National Popular Vote, the organization that wrote the model legislation for the NPVIC and advocates for its passage in statehouses. In the November elections, Colorado voters rejected a ballot measure to overturn their state’s NPVIC bill.
The NPVIC “is a really elegant way of working within the current system of the Electoral College to still achieve a national popular vote,” says Emily Sirota, the co-prime sponsor of the legislation in the Colorado House of Representatives.
Q: What is the NPVIC meant to fix?
Critics of the Electoral College say it’s an antiquated system and forces campaigns to compete in only a select number of swing states. Data collected by National Popular Vote shows 96% of major-party presidential campaign events from Aug. 28 to Nov. 3, 2020, were in only 12 states.
Additionally, they say, the Electoral College makes it possible for a president to be elected despite more people voting for his or her opponent – this has happened five times, most recently in 2000 and 2016.
But Don Wilson, mayor of Monument, Colorado, and co-sponsor of the state’s referendum against NPVIC, says a national popular vote would leave Coloradans behind as campaigns focus on big population centers to get the most votes out of their limited campaign cash.
Larger cities and states don’t always understand the perspectives of smaller locales, says Mr. Wilson. “So it’s important that each state maintains that sovereignty and that state voice on who is going to be in charge of our nation.”
In recent years, however, as Colorado has voted more consistently Democratic, and therefore become less attractive to national campaigns, the NPVIC would help ensure Colorado votes and interests remained relevant, says Ms. Sirota, who is a Democrat.
“Republicans in Colorado haven’t had a vote count for president for quite some time at this point,” due to Democratic wins in the state, she says. A system based on the national popular vote would ensure that votes by all Coloradans matter.
Q: Is the NPVIC likely to come into effect?
That may depend on how often the presidency changes hands. John Koza, chairman of National Popular Vote, says that typically whichever political party doesn’t hold the White House is more responsive to reforming the Electoral College.
For instance, when the organization started pushing the legislation in 2006, Republican state legislators were hard to get on board, but then started warming to the idea during the Obama presidency.
That oscillation means that while target states change depending on who is president and which party controls which statehouses, there are always a couple of states whose legislators will be interested in the idea, says Mr. Koza.
Still, getting Republicans on board going forward could get harder, as the country’s current urban-rural divide has given Republicans an Electoral College advantage. Democrats increasingly need to win the popular vote by larger margins to secure a majority in the Electoral College.

DENVER (CBS4) – Police in Denver are searching for a man who is accused if sexually assaulting a child. They are asking for the public’s help in both identifying him and locating him.
The crime happened earlier this year, and police only know that the man goes by the name “Tono.” They released an image of him and hope someone who knows him will contact them.

Klaus Schwab wants to create this Agenda 2030 which is primarily based around dismantling the current capitalist system in favor of greater centralized authoritarian rule which will lead to lower living standards, less fuel consumption, fewer civil liberties, and much more government control tracking everything we do with a restriction on travel.
Schwab is a committed Marxist claiming that corporations owe a duty to society rather than shareholders he calls “stakeholders” as if they are a social program in and of themselves. His “The Great Reset” incorporates his “stakeholder economics” with a strained vision of what he calls the “fourth industrial revolution.” Schwab interesting misrepresents the entire first three industrial revolutions. He at least correctly states that the first was the invention of the steam engine. He claims the second was mass production omitting the fact that the mass production was invented by Henry Ford with respect to Model-T based upon the industrial revolution of the combustion engine and fossil fuels he fails to mention. The third industrial revolution he attributes to the computer and the fourth industrial revolution he claims is merging man with machine sticking chips in us. He expressly states at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs.:

In Schwab’s book, “Shaping the Future of The Fourth Industrial Revolution”, he explains that the developing technology will allow authorities to “intrude into the hitherto private space of our minds, reading our thoughts and influencing our behavior.”
Schwab appears to have watched the movie Minority Report for he seems to have been influenced by that whereby the government can prevent crimes by reading your mind.
“As capabilities in this area improve, the temptation for law enforcement agencies and courts to use techniques to determine the likelihood of criminal activity, assess guilt or even possibly retrieve memories directly from people’s brains will increase. …Even crossing a national border might one day involve a detailed brain scan to assess an individual’s security risk.”
“Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies will not stop at becoming part of the physical world around us—they will become part of us.”
“Indeed, some of us already feel that our smartphones have become an extension of ourselves. Today’s external devices—from wearable computers to virtual reality headsets—will almost certainly become implantable in our bodies and brains.”
Schwab also endorses “active implantable microchips that break the skin barrier of our bodies.”

House Democrats Block Small Business Aid Extension for 40th Time
House Democrats on Thursday blocked a Republican motion to extend small business aid for the 40th time since August.
House Democrats blocked a motion that would have allowed the House to vote on a bill to extend the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). By advancing the Previous Question on Thursday, Democrats prevented the House from considering Rep. Steve Chabot’s (R-OH) legislation, H.R. 8265, which would reopen the PPP.
Chabot said on the House floor on Thursday that small businesses need the extension of the PPP, explaining:
A recent NFIB survey indicated that over half of small business owners expect to seek additional financial assistance over the next year. If they can’t access that help, they may be forced to lay off employees or cease operations.

That is unacceptable. Because we can help them. We have a program that has already supported 50 million jobs all across this country. It even has over $130 billion dollars ready to go.

Instead of quickly passing a bill to reopen the program, Democratic leadership has used it as a political football for over three months, while small business owners had to drain the last of their funds to stay in existence and continue to pay their employees. And they nervously check if they can make payroll for the next month.

If we defeat the previous question, which is before us now, we can move directly to a legislative package that includes my bill to reopen and improve the Paycheck Protection Program.
