Yep.. finally got to see spouse yesterday, through a double paned window, with no sound. Only happened after I told the right Dr I'm being asked to make life and death decisions, and haven't seen spouse since the 15th.
Zero nutrition for a week, battled daily, finally got feeding tube yesterday. If they hadn't fucked up and gave spouse a barium swallow test, it wouldn't have been Aspirated. They damn near killed muh best friend, muh confidant, love of my life.
Oxygen went from 75 liters @ 100% forced down to regular nasal canula at 8% last night.
Had one Dr try to talk me out of any heroic measures. Told him spouse survived stage 4 cancer (there is no stage 5) end stage renal disease. (Aggressive chemo kills kidneys)
Lots of research before I found out how to restart kidneys. Dialysis was 3 × a week… still a contributing member of society and deserves a chance.

They did another covid test yesterday, positive… BULLSHIT. Zero covid symptoms. Everything going down is from epiglottis not working right. Throat cancer sucks. Radiation was twice a day. Without aggressive treatment my best fren would have died in 2006.
