Well, he actually did it. I was nervous for a minute. I don't necessarily take back everything I've said about Lin Wood, but we'll see. If he can stop filing cases that get thrown out left and right, he might be on the up and up. And even thought Kyle illegally obtained the weapon, that's not what he's charged with. His case is going to get thrown out.

I don't want to argue down this path again, but he illegally obtained and possessed a weapon. His use of that weapon? Sure, you could argue self defense. You could also insist he was NOT practicing castle doctrine, which, if he had, would be open/shut. He would have walked by now if it weren't for the corrupt judges in WI.

 

But anyway, glad he's out, and hope he gets his case dismissed. The people he took out weren't particularly likeable anyway.
