Okay the formatting of any text, in any format adheres to these same principal. This applies to different applications such as apple, windows, iPad, notepad, lynx ANY text document.

 

When you have a list of data with different lengths, the only way to get perfect lines is to use the tab key.

All tab keys are preset in the programming, usually set at 2cm, you can change the parameters in length, to inches etc

 

The key is to eliminate all spacebar spaces in between the sets of data and THEN press the tab key once, twice or three times for desired spacing.
