A week before the second anniversary to the devastating event when A fire triggered the detonation of 2,750 tonnes of ammonium nitrate, a combustible chemical, that had been stored unsafely in a warehouse for almost six years, the authorities are warning the public that a new fire might cause the collapse of what’s left from the grain silos there.
