I know how it is. I live it too. Gotta get real, real grounded - slow things down to stay in good shape. Pray, meditate, do something with yer hands, talk to sensible friends. Walk or run in nature. I blow and bag leaves - got lots of 'em, too. Order food from the store to avoid the crowd. We will get thru this, it's just a stupid DS tactic to rattle anyone with half a brain.
