More FBI whistleblowers have come forward exposing claims of FBI misconduct following the raid on former President Donald Trump’s home. FBI field offices in Miami, Salt Lake City, Buffalo and Newark have whistleblowers alleging that their "upper management coerced agents to sign false affidavits, inflated terrorism caseloads to improve their apparent performance, and engaged in illicit sexual activities, or concealed those of others."
Former Assistant Director of the FBI Counterterrorism Division and Executive Assistant Director of the National Security Branch Jill Sanborn was accused just earlier this month of improperly classifying cases as "domestic violent extremist" (DVEs) to support a Biden administration narrative that such cases were the superlative threat facing the nation.
This is just the latest in a string of recent whistleblower accusations of political bias and misconduct that the FBI is facing.

Zatko accused Twitter of failing to upgrade its server infrastructure, most of which he says is out of date — thus leaving it vulnerable to severe breaches.
Zatko also accused Twitter of allowing low- and mid-level workers access to the company’s most sensitive controls — potentially making the firm vulnerable to spying and sabotage from hostile foreign actors.
Zatko alleges that Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal discouraged him from providing an accurate account of the website’s cybersecurity lapses in his reports to the board of directors.
Zatko also appears to back Elon Musk’s claim that the company is not making adequate efforts to crack down on the proliferation of automated “bot” and spam accounts.
“Twitter executives have little or no personal incentive to accurately ‘detect’ or measure the prevalence of spam bots,” read the complaint.
“Senior management had no appetite to properly measure the prevalence of bot accounts… they were concerned that if accurate measurements ever became public, it would harm the image and valuation of the company.”

Chinese Communist Party-backed social media platform TikTok inserted code into its app to allow for the tracking of users’ activity on external websites, including their keystrokes, according to a stunning new report.
The evidence – originally authored by software engineer Felix Krause who shared it with Forbes – also found that TikTok could capture a user’s credit card details, passwords, and other forms of personal information.

The Department of War Studies at King’s College London is an important part of this state-backed nexus. Put simply, one department staffed by former and current military officers is training the people producing the news (journalists), the ones manipulating it (intelligence officials), and the ones who are in charge of sorting fact from fiction and pinpointing disinformation (social media managers).
It is quite the system. All the while, they continually warn of the threat of (foreign) state-backed influence operations.
To be clear, Kremlin propaganda is real, but its reach is decidedly minor in comparison to the massive disinformation campaigns being launched by the Western national security state. And the Department of War Studies is a key part of this information war.

Sri Lanka is experiencing significant shortages in its domestic food supply with agricultural production down some 40%-50% as of July - due to a fertiliser shortage - coupled with a lack of foreign exchange to purchase food imports.
