The guy holding Obama's hand is Prince Al Waleed, Saudi. Biggest arrest of a bunch the week after Trump visited. Was identified here a long time ago. For some reason, browser (or stupidity) won't let me paste his pic. Just search images and you'll see.
He also may have paid for Obama's Harvard education, but not sure where I got that part.
