This is to be a peaceful watch, document what you see, live stream. Do not engage/start confrontations, follow letter of law to the T 👇🏽

a) IOS- download timestamp camera app. It has geo- location feature that will display location/time on photos

b) IOS-SPC Camera app has photo/video, app for discreet recording (allows screen to b blacked out) (Android has both of these apps as well/names may just differ)

LEGAL:

A) GA is a 1 party state so you may record w/out the other persons knowledge as long as YOU are also a party on said recording

B) Photos can’t be taken where someone as an expectation of privacy, I.e.through a window of their home/personal office (will be inadmissible)

C) residential trash dumps are ok as long as the trash can is curbside and not on private property.

D) commercial dumpsters, as long as you aren’t trespassing/private property, you should be good, however LE can cite you for “dumpster diving” if they really want to.

E) Anything obtained illegally is useless and not worth the legal consequences to you personally, nor the risk to the credibility of the campaign fighting this, as well as fellow patriot watchers.

Evidence Collection

A) Without time/location stamp on photos/video or something else that indicates when/where documented,it’s useless (do not alter anything, you can be charged, as you will subsequently need to sign an affidavit under penalty of perjury) USE THE APPS!

B) any physical evidence that is WET I.e. papers from a dumpster etc should be placed in a large enough paper bag so it can be laid flat to dry to avoid mold and further smearing of ink (UNUSED grocery store brown bags will work fine)

C) all other phys evidence to be secured in plastic evidence bags IF YOU can purchase them-amazon has them(there is a seal& log for chain of custody)Alt opt, unused ziplocks,use masking tape for seal (initial the seal/tape- make sure to include all pertinent info discussed 👇🏽

Chain of Custody

A) All evidence bags must have written on it- location collected, who collected by, time COLLECTED, date, brief description of what it is, TIME bag is SEALED. Contact Lin Wood immediately and he will instruct you further on how to proceed/who to bring it to.

B) best to photograph evidence before touching it, so there is proof of where it was found, its also helpful for understanding context regarding location like measurements i.e. how close dumpster was to a particular door, type of trash bag etc. If it’s a dumpster dive…

…“treasure hunt”, have someone video you doing it. When you find something of interest, stop and photograph prior to bagging and tagging it.

C) take photos of surrounding area where evidence was found (again helpful for context) better to have too much, than not enough.

D) having Video AND Pics is always best… if this isn’t possible, make sure you have another credible witness with you willing to go on record.

The goal is to livestream/document machines/equipment being moved in or out of buildings. We are simply recording FACTS, we are NOT enforcing law. Do not incite confrontations, if asked to leave property, record it and comply. Contact @LLinWood @CodeMonkeyZ w/evidence/issues
