Kraken = A.I. & total situational awareness/real time Analysis/reaction.
When Kraken is used for protecting (mil bases) it scans everything and tracks events/people/situations, independently for spoopiness. If it detects Something awry, it can react to whatever it is.
In terms of election, i am more than sure it was/is capable of recording/analyzing in real time, the “election online environment”. It would know what should be, then watching as the machines are used and altered from that baseline that should be. Would be “easy” to track: what, who, when, where. We already know the why.
This makes me wonder if the Kraken program was fucked w by Hussein, and or any other program in MIL that was for protecting US.
