Sounds disgusting, especially if human meat. However, I find the idea of culturing typical farm raised animal meat hard to argue against. You could theoretically produce the ultimate product with consistent quality, maybe even kept alive as fresh as can be until it is time to be used.

I definitely won't be first though. Won't rule it out. I have done plant cell culture, as well as mushroom culture. So I can understand the value of the technique. You may even convert vegans with this.

Most of the good ones, edible as well as psychedelic grow an hardwood debris. Mushrooms don't actually grow on poop because the ammonia and other bacterial processes makes this impossible, they will grow on cowpies that have already composted, but usually only grow near them, not on them.
