Any of you gurus wanna help out an old sailor?

Power supply on the regular rig died. I was able to put the HDD into another machine but the blasted thing won't boot. Startup repair fails but I can get to command prompt. If I use the system.ini command I get the notepad popup that if I open I can see the files in the HDD but somehow am prevented from starting up anything, maybe I'm just not looking in the right place?

The small beast has a C: that it says is empty, and X: that does not want to do really anything, and the drive I put in that it sees as D:

The drive I put i has all the meme folders, the Pepes, and my notepads for baking. What Do?

Doubt it on the dongle. Should be a straightforward settins issue but am denied access to the config because X: drive is asshoe. I haven't needed dos commands sine the 90s so I really don't remember any. This laptop is no good since too easy to fat finger the keys
