Most of the planefags in general are hopeless amateurs at this point.

Pop in caps with no summary and just like to post that they are pf's as they have little or no actual pf posts

The information they present is useless without basic things as departures-arrivals and history of said AC's of the last few days.

Planefag posts-wut makes a good one

So you want to be a planefag….good and welcome aboard!

This is to help you convey the information you are gathering so that it is effectively displayed for most non-AC or anons with little to no Aviation knowledge.

This pf uses ADS-B almost exclusively and mostly the military flights with some commercial or private ones when time permits. That is located here: https://globe.adsbexchange.com

Be sure to read the FAQ to familiarize yourself with the interface as it will take you a bit of time to navigate it effectively. There are many settings and filters you can apply as well as display options. You also can distinguish between Military and Commercial flights etc.- See Cap#2 for a basic nav menu.

You should also include the following info in your cap title so they are easily found when you are searching for caps you have saved to apply to past habbenings.

Example: When Maxwell was taken into custody I was able to go back to the week prior to that event and search using the nearest airport name which was Manchester-Boston and there were two AZAZ09O9 flights that took place in/out of that airport just prior to her arrest. It all boils down to how much time you take on the front-end with your descriptions and naming of your collected caps. Spend a few moar minutes with the below and it will be that much easier to retrieve and present later.

The basics:

It is very helpful to most and certainly phonefags to type out all this information in line form as just putting in a cap with no (or little) description reads like this : "A plane is flying in this direction over X". In order to tell your story you will need some information to go along with your screen-cap. This info. is also displayed in the cap too but works beter (imo) if you type it out in the crumb

-Call Signs (Flight Identifier) these are the names or actual AC registration #'s you see displayed on the AC(s) you are tracking. Important to always list these out as these AC's know they are being watched and have comms in the signs. Most recent example is the unidentified AC that came out of NAS North Island-Coronado name RUDY that then swithced to ANON and back to RUDY for it's trip back to NAS NI after it had a ground stop at Brown Field Otay Mesa, CA

PEPE07

-AC affiliation (usually military) or in case of commercial use the Airline name and with private flight who it is, or registered to. This is sometimes available at https://flightaware.com as well as any additional information you can gather.

KAF-Kekistan Air Force

-AC type also important as you need to know what this AC is and capable of. If it is a specialty AC it may also be helpful to include some basic specs or a schematic (easily obtainable online) on it so the reader knows what they are and the actual capabilities and limitations of said AC. You won't always need to convey the full characteristics of each AC type but a few tidbits are nice and can lead to someone looking up moar about it

Boeing 747 or C-130J Hercules or E-4b Nightwatch etc…

-Departure point is relevent as it gives clues to arrival point-if you have watched for a long time you start to get the patterns down pretty easily. You should also include this info in your cap title so they are easily found.

out of Kekistan AFB, America

-Recent AC history is next and is berry helpful to establish connections to past activity in/out of those locations (this is where you earn your "Wings"-and mentioned above-spend time naming your cap and it's that much easier). You will get familiar with when and where AC's fly to and from.

flew from Kekistan AFB to Kekistani Int'l Airport with a ground stop at Joint Base Kekistan prior to arrival at Int'l

Click on the History button (in ADS-B located just under the top left panel) to activate that AC's recent flights-this is also important as you can present a moar complete history of your current tracked flight-adding context to current flight is one of the key parts of this imo

-Pics of AC are not essential but helpful to establish a visual. Those are easily gathered by using the AC's actual registration number and putting it in your search engine.

You can also find many here: https://www.jetphotos.com/

cont.

The completed line for your text description should look like this:

PEPE07 VIP Boeing 747 departed Kekistan AFB and arrived at Kekistani Int'l Airport with a ground stop at JB Kekistan prior to arrival at Int'l

See Cap#3

The past flights are helpful in this regard

-this AC had two quick flights yesterday from Kekistan AFB to Apu Int'l Airport and back with a second flight later in the day out and back to Kekistan AFB and most likely a maintenance or certification flight.

The bottom line is you spend the time to properly document these flights and you will start to see those patterns show up all the time. This is useful for when you are scanning for activity.

Once you have enough experience you can look at the WW map at quickly pick out what is relevant at your leisure as you will be able to filter out the noise very quickly

Argentina auctions dollar-linked bond, other debt for $3.18 bln to bolster peso

Argentina auctioned a dollar-linked bond and other debt for a total of about $3.18 billion on Tuesday, the economy ministry said, as the government looks to ease pressure on the battered peso currency. Argentina issued around $1.66 billion of the dollar-linked bond at 0.10% annual interest, the ministry said, part of a series of new measures by the government and central bank to stem the worsening economic turmoil in the country.

The trading volume of the five new instruments will serve as a measure of confidence in the policies of President Alberto Fernandez as his administration looks to stimulate peso savings and avoid further currency devaluations, traders said. “The issuance of an 18-month dollar-linked bond will surely be a great success, which could appease devaluation expectations in the very short term,” said local firm Delphos Investment. “However, the debt issuance itself could dilute quickly if not accompanied by a clear fiscal and monetary path for the next few months.”

Argentina issued around $1.8 billion in a dollar-linked bond on Oct. 6, a move the Economy Ministry said would help expand the government’s financing options, cover short-term repayment needs, soak up excess pesos and widen the local debt market. The country is headed for an economic contraction of about 12% this year, which would be the third straight year of recession. The gap between the official rate and the black market peso was about 134.9% on Tuesday
