Its staff w/o ability to do any erasing and all. If were not baker, really makes no sense to put whole board at risk. That way even shills get a cred, but once they step over line of decency (shillery) they lose their creds.
This is to hopefully allow anons to still be on board and posting because “staff” should be able to still post when user accounts (anons) cannot.
