Not sure what it means that the Solarwinds spending timeline looks like it does - A Sting?? Minuscule amount of money as government contracts go. Other contracts/IDVs that I looked at were to specific agencies for Solarwind's software licenses so maybe not surprising that Solarwind as a recipient amount is so small.
