Prince Andrew stayed at Epstein’s NYC mansion on 2001 trip despite denial: report

Despite his public denials, Prince Andrew did stay at Jeffrey Epstein’s New York mansion in the period when a teenage accuser said they had sex — and had a three-hour gap for “private time,” according to a new report based on his unearthed itinerary.

The 60-year-old disgraced royal insisted during his disastrous BBC interview last year that while he may have visited his pedophile pal’s Upper East Side mansion in April 2001, he “wasn’t staying there.”

“I was staying with the consul-general, which is further down the street on Fifth,” Andrew said, suggesting that was proof there was “definitely … no activity.”

However, an official itinerary unearthed by the Daily Mail lists him as spending one of the three nights “at a private address in New York” — which numerous sources insisted to the UK paper was Epstein’s sprawling home on East 71st Street.

The three-day stay has come under intense scrutiny because it is when Virginia Roberts Giuffre has repeatedly alleged Epstein made her have sex with the royal for the second of three times, while she was just 17 years old. Andrew has vehemently denied that claim.

Flight records appear to show Giuffre was in New York at the time — with the duke having an unaccounted-for three-hour slot marked as “private time” on his schedule, the Mail said.

Neither the two Scotland Yard bodyguards nor the member of the royal household assisting him on the trip were able to account for that missing time, the paper said of its investigation over “several months.”

Others on the trip also suggested the prince failed to keep many of his scheduled appointments — suggesting he may have had even more free time, the Mail said.

Sources told the paper that since his initial denials, Andrew now recalls staying at the late pedophile’s pad to “save taxpayers’ money.”

The prince’s reps refused to discuss the report Monday. “We are not issuing any comment. Nothing at all,” a spokeswoman told the Guardian.

Andrew has expressed regret for his friendship with Epstein — one that continued even after the moneyman was jailed for underage sex crimes — while denying any knowledge or involvement.

In the same BBC interview in which he denied staying at Epstein’s, he even denied knowing Giuffre. The harsh backlash to his interview ultimately led to him being dumped from royal duties.

The feds have repeatedly accused the royal — a close, longtime friend of Epstein’s accused madam, Ghislaine Maxwell — of refusing to assist their ongoing investigation into sex trafficking.

The Mail’s sources insisted the duke is not a suspect but a potential key witness.

Epstein, 66, hanged himself in his Manhattan lockup in August 2019 while awaiting serious sex charges. British media heiress Maxwell, 58, is in custody awaiting trial next year on sex abuse charges. She has pleaded not guilty.
