Solarwinds in the USAspending.gov database. Not all listings on a keyword search are the company - the few grants I looked at seem to space oriented.

Contracts and IDVs (IDV = Indefinite Delivery Vehicle) have some good meat on the bones. Like a DoD IDV through a vendor called GovSmart purchasing $7.8 Million dollars worth of hardware and Solarwinds software. (2012-2013)

Or a definitive DoD contract, again with GovSmart, for multiple Solarwinds systems; potential award amount =$38 Million. Let in 2019 w/seven months remaining on contract.

Since the few contracts I looked at were through vendors, there is not a lot of money to be seen on Solarwinds as a recipient of funds - the money went through gov't. agencies' contractors. But including Solarwinds as a recipient JIC.

PURE spitball; Ratcliff already delivered the report to POTUS that is due no later than Friday per the EO on election interference sanctions and Ratcliff will publicly release partial findings - even if just to say that there was absolute foreign interference and the Hunt for details continues. However, based on what CM and others have already publicly released, it could be moar than that.

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

So in addition to POTUS, Pompeo, Mnuchin, and BARR (who will still be sitting AG on Friday of this week when the report is due), these two newish guys come into the meeting: Christopher C. Miller (Acting Sec. of Defense - assumed office Nov. 9th this year) and Chad Wolf (Acting Sec. Homeland Security - assumed duties Nov. 13, 2019).

Wonder wut the new guise been up to.
