Lookin for areas with no building code or (more importantly) places where no one cares?
Lotta rural Tennessee cares very little. Plus it’s Trump country. Can get land cheap there too. Upper peninsula of Michigan is also a guud place to look…bit cold ther but snow stops aggressors too (Think WW2 Russia.). Food for thought.
