The Chinese were all over Democrat politicians in San Francisco – physically and in public.
This morning, Maria Bartoromo on FOX News reported that she saw a picture with two Chinese spies and a US Senator. The Chinese spy who was sleeping with California Representative Eric Swalwell is reportedly in the same picture as the Chinese spy who spied on Senator Diane Feinstein for 20 years:

All the details of a former, longtime Sen. Dianne Feinstein staffer who’s accused of relaying information to Chinese intelligence services while working for the California Democrat point to Russell Lowe, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation has determined.
Lowe worked for 20 years in Feinstein’s San Francisco office, where he was a staff liaison to the Asian-American community before leaving approximately five years ago. All those details match up with the descriptions of the Chinese spy Feinstein reportedly employed.
“Chinese intelligence once recruited a staff member at a California office of U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein, and the source reported back to China about local politics,” Politico Magazine reported on July 27, describing the staffer as “a liaison to the local Chinese community” who was secretly “reporting back” to Chinese intelligence services.
Since then, more details have emerged about the alleged spy, including that he worked for Feinstein for 20 years, “attended Chinese consulate functions for the senator” and was fired five years ago.
Feinstein’s spy is seen in a picture with Fang Fang, Rep. Eric Swalwell’s spy. The Daily Caller then reports more:
California Rep. Eric Swalwell, whose contacts with a Chinese spy were revealed this week, spoke at a same event in 2013 as another alleged Chinese agent who worked for decades for California Sen. Dianne Feinstein.
The event was hosted by the group led by Christine Fang, a Chinese national whose relationship with Swalwell was the subject of a report published this week by Axios. There is no indication of wrongdoing on Swalwell’s part.
The California State University, East Bay Chinese Student Association hosted both Swalwell and Russell Lowe, who then worked for Feinstein, at an event to commemorate the Chinese Lunar New Year on Feb. 9, 2013, according to the group’s Facebook page.

After spending four years accusing the Trump administration of collusion in foreign election interference, the mainstream media appear to have changed their tune, given their lackluster coverage of Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., and his ties to an alleged Chinese spy, Sean Hannity said Thursday.
"Imagine the outrage the mob, the media, Big Tech and the Democrats would have if he was a Republican or had the last name Trump," the "Hannity" host told viewers. "The reaction would be apoplectic. It would be filled with breathless hysteria, every second of every day. But because he is a Democrat from California, he's gotten now a free pass, and continues to have one. The corrupted media mob does not serve we, the American people. It only serves their agenda."
Last week, Axios published a bombshell report that a woman named Fang Fang, aka Christine Fang, forged ties with Swalwell while he was a city council member in Dublin, Calif.
According to the report, Fang helped fundraise for Swalwell's 2014 reelection campaign and placed an intern in his office. Fang reportedly forged other ties with Democratic politicians, and allegedly slept with at least two Midwestern mayors.
But with the media's assistance and minimal coverage, Swalwell has been able to doge virtually every question about his history with her, Hannity said.
Fox News’ Jake Gibson caught up with Swalwell outside his home Thursday and he ignored all questions, including one about Fang. This comes after his office declined to comment on the nature of their relationship beyond what they had told Axios and then ignored subsequent requests for information.
"It raises the question: What, if anything, did he divulge in terms of state secrets, being on the House Intel Committee, to this spy that he was hanging out with an awful lot? We don't have an idea, and this hs been hidden from the American people for a long time," Hannity said.
"Swalwell must be removed from the Intel Committee," he added. "He's had a long relationship with a Chinese spy. She placed an intern in his office, his judgment is lacking, he can't be trusted with state secrets."

If Mr. Swalwell’s story is accurate, it means he was told sometime in late 2014 or earlier that he had unwittingly been conducting a relationship with a communist spy. If this is accurate, then how can one explain what happened next in Congress?
On Jan. 14, 2015, then-Minority Leader Pelosi announced that Rep. Swalwell was joining the House Intelligence Committee.Mrs. Pelosiwas likely aware that he appeared to have little relevant experience for the highly sensitive position. “Congressman Swalwell’s determined leadership and energetic, fresh perspective will help our country meet the national security and intelligence challenges of the 21st century,” she said in a statement.
Back home in California, local press noticed that the 34-year-old Mr. Swalwell had scored something of a coup. Carla Marinucci reported in the San Francisco Chronicle that the congressman was “named to a plum position on the House Select Committee on Intelligence.”
And he didn’t just receive a seat on the committee. A subsequent press release from his office announced:
“U.S. Representative Eric Swalwell (CA-15) today was selected to serve as the senior Democrat on the Committee on Intelligence’s Subcommittee on the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). This newly established subcommittee is responsible for the oversight, policy, activities, and budget of the CIA.”
Just a few weeks or months after being told by the FBI that he’d been duped into conducting some sort of relationship with a communist spy, a young backbencher in Congress was given a significant role overseeing the CIA?
Both Mr. Swalwell and the speaker need to explain who knew what and when about the Chinese infiltration of his political network and why many intelligence committee colleagues were not told, among other issues.
They must also address the process that led to Rep. Swalwell’s lead role among Democrats in overseeing the CIA. Who were the people who weighed in on the young congressman’s behalf whenMrs. Pelosiwas preparing to hand out committee assignments? And don’t tell us it’s classified.

Law Prohibits Pence From Accepting Electoral Votes From Fraudulently Certified States – Constitutional Lawyer
Ivan Raiklin says Vice President Pence can request states send Electoral College slates that actually reflect the will of the people
Citing the United States Constitution and U.S. Code, Constitutional Lawyer Ivan Raiklin says it is Vice President Mike Pence’s duty to instruct states to expeditiously send their Electoral College Certificates immediately if they have not been received.
U.S.C. 12 explains that “When no certificate of vote and list mentioned in sections 9 and 11 of this title from any State shall have been received by the President of the Senate or by the Archivist of the United States by the fourth Wednesday in December, after the meeting of the electors shall have been held, the President of the Senate … shall request, by the most expeditious method available, the secretary of state of the State to send up the certificate…”
Beyond the allegations and evidence of widespread fraud presented by both President Donald Trump’s legal team and independent lawyers and witnesses across the United States, several states have now sent competing slates of delegates to Washington, D.C.
Additionally, Republicans in Pennsylvania and Arizona have asked the U.S. Congress not to accept the votes assigned by the state’s Secretary of State, suggesting they represent fraudulent election results.
Should Pence take this action, he is then instructed by the law to request these states immediately send accurate Electoral College Certificates before January 6.
Raiklin told National File that Pence will essentially force states to reclaim their Constitutional power to appoint Electoral College votes.
“That forces State Legislatures’ hand,” said Raiklin. “Pence can force the legislatures to reclaim their Constitutional power, hold a session, and appoint the Electoral College votes themselves as the Supreme Court did not address this issue.”
