New Documentary Exposes How Democrats Made It Difficult to Fight the Coronavirus
The Senate Republican Conference on Wednesday released the first of a five-part documentary series, which it intends to use to take back the messaging around the government’s coronavirus response effort.
The documentary, entitled “The Invisible Enemy,” gives viewers an inside look at how Senate Republicans responded to the coronavirus outbreak.
Produced by the Senate Republican Conference (SRC) communications team, the documentary includes sit-downs with seven Republican senators including Sens. Ted Cruz, Pat Toomey, Marco Rubio and Marsha Blackburn.
“This documentary is a behind the scenes look at how Republican senators are working to beat it,” SRC Chairman Sen. John Barrasso said in a statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “We want to inform folks at home and encourage them. America will get through this, together.”
Barrasso added: “Americans are not in the fight against the coronavirus alone. Senate Republicans are committed to beating this virus, and are racing towards a vaccine”
“The Invisible Enemy” was produced to defend Republicans who have been criticized by Democrats in the run-up to the Nov. 3 election.
Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s campaign has released several ads throughout the pandemic, including one on Tuesday, which have been highly critical of President Donald Trump’s coronavirus response.
“We need a real plan to get Covid under control,” Biden, who narrated the Tuesday ad, said. “As president, my commitment to you is to listen to the science so we can stay safe and get back to work.”
The first part of the Republican-produced documentary released Wednesday focused on the early days of the outbreak. The Republican senators alleged that the Democratic impeachment effort shifted Congress’s attention away from the increasing threat of the virus.
The senators also blamed the Chinese government for hiding information about the virus in January and castigated the World Health Organization for “parroting” China’s lies.
“A documentary gives us time to tell the story,” Barrasso said. “We’ve been fighting the pandemic for over eight months.”
He continued: “The CARES Act put in place the right programs and policies to save jobs. The size and scale of the pandemic, and the size and scale of the Republican response to meet it, needs to be told in depth.”
In total the federal government passed 10 coronavirus-related bills including the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, according to the U.S. Government Publishing Office. Trump signed the $2 trillion CARES Act on March 27, which notably put money into the hands of 125 million Americans via direct stimulus checks.

On Tuesday we uncovered information showing how Hunter put his family at risk for Russian Blackmail after participating in seedy actions in West Hollywood with at least one Russian woman. On Wednesday we reported that Hunter took pictures exposing himself in the presence of a minor. This morning we reported that Hunter was accused of “Walking Around Naked Watching Porn Masturbating and Doing Drugs” in front of a minor.
This all is on top of accusations of Hunter being involved in the Vice President’s pay-for-play scandal around the world while the VP was in office. No Hunter does not appear to be all the VP claimed he was.
Today we completely destroy any idea that the Biden family and Hunter Biden are All American heroes.
Hunter Biden not only was involved in depraved activities, he filmed them and took pictures of these events too and today we have evidence that he published and promoted these activities at the porn website PornHub.

Ukraine’s court strips critical power from anti-corruption agency
Ukraine’s Constitutional Court has stripped the country’s anti-corruption agency of some of its critical powers.
The high court’s ruling published on October 28 declared it unconstitutional to hold officials criminally liable for intentionally providing false information on asset declarations. It also struck down several powers of the National Agency for Preventing Corruption (NAZK).
The court decision may impact lending from the International Monetary Fund and threaten visa liberalization with the European Union.
Anti-corruption campaigners said the ruling undermines Ukraine’s battle against graft.
“The decision of the Constitutional Court will lead to a significant rollback in Ukraine’s anti-corruption reform,” watchdog Transparency International Ukraine’s Executive Director Andrii Borovyk said in a statement. “These legislative provisions were the cornerstones of the anti-corruption system, while corruption has been recognized as one of the threats to the national security.”
The court ruled unconstitutional NAZK’s powers to verify asset declarations and monitor officials’ lifestyles for signs of corruption. Free public access to officials’ declarations was also made illegal, as was electronic declarations meant to increase transparency.
Among other things, it also deprived the NAZK of the right to access registers, draft reports on violations, and conduct anti-corruption inspections in government agencies.
The decision cannot be appealed.
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said Ukraine would continue to fight corruption. He also suggested he would take legislative action to restore the electronic declaration system and hold those who intentionally violate rules to account.
“Ukrainian officials and deputies will continue to declare their property and income, and anti-corruption bodies will have the necessary powers to inspect them and bring violators to justice,” he said in a statement.
The ruling could impact reforms required under a $5 billion International Monetary Fund deal Zelenskiy’s government secured in June to fight a sharp economic slowdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
But the IMF has held back tranches due to concerns over Ukraine’s performance in tackling corruption and implementing reforms. Visa liberalization with the EU is also contingent on Ukraine fighting endemic corruption.
The court ruling is also controversial because four judges are under investigation by the NAZK for failing to properly declare assets in their declarations.
The four judges did not recuse themselves from the case, despite calls to do so from the government and anti-corruption campaigners.
